Well any album usually sells the most of it's sales on it's first day so I'm not sure it'll quite get Arctics' record, I hope not anyway as that one got the sales purely based on music rather than being from a TV show to go with it.

 

final sales are usually just over 3 times monday sales.

hmm.. he's doing better than everyone expected and the most surprising fact is that the single proved to have staying power, something lacked by 99% ofl the singles released by reality tv contestants.

just seen leona on paul o grady show he gave her a platimun disc for her albulm already

and a gold disc for her single (400,000)copies

she was shocked but very nice

It is really sucky for the Spice Girls tbh.

 

But i'm sick of everyone today, Paper's/Friends etc; Going on about how much Leona has "trounced" them.

 

When/Until (:lol:) Leona's debut album sells in Excess of 20 Million worldwide, i dont think the Spice Girls have anything to worry about :P They have more than proved their success.

I don't think the Spice Girls are worrying themselves over the sales of the GH too much in all honesty. Sure, millions of sales would be good... but isn't the tour netting them somewhere between £10 million and £20 million each? The CD's sales are peanuts! :lol:

Yep, add that to the 1 Million pound deal each with Tesco and then theirs a company in America thats giving them 2 Million each so... :lol:

 

 

And don't forget that BY Christmas time, the GH will top the charts in the Christmas rush.

Leona will do 400k easily....so many folks will buy it on Fri and Sat! A new record people! I also think she will stay as the biggest single of the yr, cos she should have at least have done 650k+ by then and I doubt any of the X-factor muppets will overhaul her!
