Well Leona has sold around 50K on both Tuesday and Wednesday so I'm presuming she'll sell around the same tommorow and maybe a little more on Saturday considering Saturday sales are usually the second highest of the week, I really have no idea now so I'm actually quite excited about it  Though I'm still routing for Arctics to keep their record :P
and wow at leona album numbers :o 300k by Sunday ? :o

Easily I think so she'll at least beat Hear'Say :D

Looks like she'll sell around 408,000.

Yeah this Lahayna track In the City is suprisingly good. The other tracks on their myspace are pretty catchy too. Does anyone know anymore about these guys? Is it another one of those supposedly "unsigned bands" who are actually being pushed by the industry? The production seems a bit too polished.

anyone know their chart sales to date?

Hi, welcome to Buzzjack

Some more info

http://www.lahayna.co.uk/

They are an unsigned band, so far their single 3.3k (on Tues)

9 new entries in the albums top10. Is that a record?

Actually I make it 7, Westlife and The Eagles are still top 10, I don't know why the Eagles is still listed as a new entry in the top 10 on Music Week, and TT is a repackaged album

Well quite frankly, I am seriously pissed off. Take That have already had 3 damn weeks at #2, can't they at least let Kylie have a week?

I still think Kylie will peak at #2, she is performing for Children In Need on Friday, promotion boost, sales #2 and 3 seem to be pretty close.

Sounds about right to me as well, around that mark

To add

Ray Quinn Doing It My Way 126.985 (24 March)

Sounds about right to me as well, around that mark

My spreadsheet predicts about that as well. (411,803). (based on the last few months number one album performances between midweeks and final totals.)

Just talking westlife last week as the nearest to compare , it comes up with 392,663, but WL sales are always heavily frontloaded at start of week, so thats a low estimate!. her ratio for sales between tuesday and wednesday is already higher than theirs was same point last week.

Whatever happens, I agree the AM record is broken.

Leona is on 'Children in need' on friday so that might increase saturday's sales.

If anyone has official figures from other sources/sites, please do not post the actual figures, just round them off to the nearest thousand, and quote the source, I don't actually mind members posting them as long they are rounded off and sourced, thanks for all your support and sharing the info with us, this is what makes Buzzjack uinique as a community sharing and talking with others.

Thanks guys for all the help and truly appreciated.

Will Young 187,350

Gareth Gates 107,000

I don't think these two apply really, Will and Gareth didn't release their debut albums until October and Will had already released 5 songs from his and Gareth 4.

TT are ahead by just 40 copies :o

Come on Kylie for goodness sakes! :(
