November 21, 200718 yr Wow Elvis fell down quick! I think he could be as low as #18 come Sunday tbh and I thought we already had 'In The Ghetto'? Thanks anyway Mikey - gonna be a very close battle in the top 5 albums. Would much perfer SG to stick at #2. The GA album is very poor. They have such great singles and only a few extra gems stashed on the albums but this one isn't growing yet.
November 21, 200718 yr And as for xmas songs don't forget 'Last Christmas' by Wham :P Already in the iTunes top 120 and the one of the best xmas songs <3
November 21, 200718 yr  at the spice girls i personally love it, but i can see why loads of people don't. Where are all the thousands of fans who bought tickets to see them though, surely they would all have bought a copy since they love them enough to pay £55-£75 to see them, no??? i actually thought that despite all of the moans and groans it would still sell loads. oh well. i still can't wait to see them in january :yahoo: maybe it's to do with the less then impressive 2track cd they released for it. where are all the unreleased songs we were promised????

They were lazy whores that's why. They thought releasing a poor track - for 'charity' and miming their way through the one chance they had to get major promotion is going to cut it. Just because of their name they think they can release anything and it'll be huge. I am thrilled to bits to be seeing them on tour next year and yes I have the GH because I have been a fan since I was 8 years old ffs but I can understand why people might not want to part with their cash when they could have most of the songs already and the extra tracks we were promised like you said have vanished into oblivion. I'm glad they came back but they really did mess up the cd tracklistings etc. As for Headlines - I know people say its c**p. It's actually a really good song. Only if you compare it to their old hits you can call it c**p. I personally think it's one of the best songs around atm but hey ho.
November 21, 200718 yr Author It's "Always On My Mind" from Elvis this week. For some reason I've In The Ghetto on the brain each time I see an Elvis track, 2 more weeks and it be all over, thank god for that. I bet next year it be Cliff Richard hits, his 50 years in showbiz
November 21, 200718 yr two things I'm shocked about 1) After a top 10 and a top 30 hit last year, Micky Modelle and Jessy have not even made top 200 with Show Me Heaven...and we can't even blame AATW because they have a song in the top 3 mids (T2) 2) No entry in the top 200 yet for James Blunt's new single Same Mistake...I've never heard of a career going down the pan more quickly than his :o

Not helped by the video either. Wrecking another really good song by turning it into a dance disaster and sticking in half naked sluts in a bid to sell it. So generic and dull. No wonder commrcial dance music is c**p half the time with the likes of that and Cascada at the helm. As for Blunt we all saw it coming :o When is the new single release?
November 21, 200718 yr Girls Aloud will fall even more in the albums chart- number 4/5 i think is where they are going to end up

I prefer Show Me Heaven to their last release Over You...though the video is a disgrace, I agree with that...what these acts don't seem to have grasped is that the trance-lite sound died about 5 years ago...how Cascada have had such mainstream success with that sound I'm not quite sure :o Blunty's new single is out Dec 3rd...we'll add it to the list of non top 40 flops along with the recent singles from Hard-Fi, Maroon 5, Reverend and The Makers and KT Tunstall if this weeks mids are a reflection of Sunday's chart
November 21, 200718 yr Hey, new to the buzzjack forum but been a massive chart fan since early 80's (god im showing my age). Was gutted that Kylie didn't make number one but heard that 'Wow' will be the next single release and it's a corker!!! Number one for sure!! Hope the spice girls make the top 5 at least. Anyone got any latest on the mid-weeks?? Hope Kylie stays in the top ten.

It's all they had on at the time on their ipods on the bus everywhere. And well all those flops you mention are deserved bar KT. Amazing track - should've been the first single imo - far superior.
November 21, 200718 yr Girls Aloud - call the shots top 20 Oh my god!!!!! Wicked - This is climbing well. I was worried it'd miss the top ten but should get there next week easily now!!
November 21, 200718 yr Where are all the GA single sales coming from? I can't see it on iTunes 100 at all
November 21, 200718 yr If you have top 75 Mikey can you tell me if KT Tunstall is anywhere nearer to the top 40? Merci
