Artists being used by another country may not be used in the same contest. This includes artists being used in another country's National Final (but may be used once the artist in question has been discounted from selection by the country in question).

Maybe change this rule into this:

To reiterate, a review of the rules system will be taking place over the next month or two in order to consolidate and optimise the pinned threads into an all-in-one resource for newbies and long-running members. Sooo...basically, next time a confirmation thread opens (next month), you post your country name, song title/artist and a Youtube link.

 

Things have changed a lot since you were last in the contest though. The contest has got to the size that we need a reservation thread (which opens about a week before confirmation, so you'll probably bave to reserve your artist) and the semi finals last a week too.

You can change anytime and there are no limits.

When you confirm with your new name put your previous one somewhere in brackets in the post.

 

A post in your national thread wouldn't do you any harm either. :lol:
