December 30, 200718 yr Quite surprised Call The Shots didn't make the YE top 40... :o Considering their chart run and the high Xmas sales I tough it could deffo. make it...
December 30, 200718 yr Author see i stopped it but, yet they continue and jester just ignores it Despite trying to do 3 things at once, it has not been ignored, thank you.
December 30, 200718 yr whoa good for leona thats pne of the very few good songs from her mediocre album.
December 30, 200718 yr Could anyone please explain this chart? is it last week's sales or just the total in 2007? How can Grace Kelly (for an example) and other songs jump so high in just 1 week?! The year-end chart is based on total sales of the whole year. The normal chart based on the sales of the last week (24th dec - 29th dec)
December 30, 200718 yr Despite trying to do 3 things at once, it has not been ignored, thank you. Oh Sorry :(
December 30, 200718 yr Yay for Leona not only being the best seller of the year, but also back up to #2 on the singles chart

December 30, 200718 yr Do you think there will be any changes, like when Radio 1 announced Keane as the biggest selling album on the 31st, only for this to change, and Scissor Sisters ending up with the best selling album of the year?
December 30, 200718 yr Leona    I guess it would have been nice to see her do the double. But I was in two minds cos I also wanted Amy to be #1 on the albums.
December 30, 200718 yr I love Leona but I'm glad Amy was the biggest album because it really is a great album  Edited December 30, 200718 yr by darren
December 30, 200718 yr Year-End Chart of 2007 17 Kate Nash - Foundations http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/1735509.JPG Chart Run: 2-2-3-2-2-2-4-4-8-12-15-17-19-25-25-33-40-54-60-58-63-74 [22 wks] Release date: 25-6-2007 Availability: normally ships in 24 hours Number of Discs: 1 Catalogue Number: 1735509 Label: POLYDOR It's been a wicked year for young Kate Nash- she fell down the stairs, broke her foot and found that actually, she could write songs. Kate fused poetry with performance and beats and has produced peerless pop confections. The first of these was 'Caroline Is A Victim' which sent myspace crazy. Kate has since signed to Fiction and gone from strength to strength, with 'Foundations' being her first proper single, with an album to follow in September. - HMV Video here: orACIBjHuI4 track listing 1. Foundations 2. Habanera Discussion Thread Here probaly deserved a placing in the top 20 this year especially for staying a frustrating 5 weeks st #2 this summer. Also good too see Kate current hit climb this week even if its up one spot from last week.
December 30, 200718 yr Do you think there will be any changes, like when Radio 1 announced Keane as the biggest selling album on the 31st, only for this to change, and Scissor Sisters ending up with the best selling album of the year? until we see sales, we don't know. Leona was 103K behind Amy's total sales last week. If she is much closer this week then Monday sales may tip it. But without seeing exact figures we cant know. Anyway, Its a remarkable achievment for Leona to get number 2. Amys album has been out all year, Leonas just 7 weeks. To even get within 100K out of approx 1.5 Million is no mean feat.
