Posted January 7, 200817 yr Alphabeat are a retro-pop band from Denmark. Pure pop but with an up-to-date twist. Vocals are shared between a man and a woman (the theme for 2008 it'd seem...) And ahhhh this is an amazing pop song. No video on YouTube yet annoyingly. Scroll down PopJustice's homepage and you should find it. These guys finished #13 in the BBC's Sound of 2008 poll...Hopefully they can manage to have some success this year.

January 11, 200817 yr I absolutely love this, im glad this is finally getting some recognition. I want them to be the next big thing and have a number one. They have SO much energy live.
January 11, 200817 yr I found out about these on Popjustice last summer and their album is fantastic. Hopefully they will be massive this year The Frankmusik remix of Fascination is amazing as well, so I recommed that too
January 16, 200817 yr Author Added to the Upfront-List on Radio 1 and it's not out for over 6 weeks. Would seem Radio 1 are therefore going to playlist this all the way :D
January 17, 200817 yr Ooh is it being released early March? It was down for February 2nd wasn't it? :w00t:
January 17, 200817 yr Why do I like this so much? :( If Mika, Scissor Sisters etc. are anything to go by this will be huge.
January 18, 200817 yr The video (not very bon quality): l8CEZpqckSI This song's OK. It just reminds too much of drama knobs from college.
January 19, 200817 yr Author They're signed to EMI, you'd have thought they could have afforded something more expensive in all honesty. But desperate times for EMI effecting their video budgets it'd seem. I don't think this is that camp. The lead singer sort of is but the song is just pure pop. It whole ethos isn't anything like Mika for example who is BEYOND camp...
January 19, 200817 yr Agreed. Don't think its that camp either, if you compare it to Steps for example. Quite liking this
January 20, 200817 yr This is amazing! lol I hope it does well! I think it will DEFINATELY go TOP 20 - And it might even go Top 10 depending on the publicity but if Radio 1 are backing it then anything can happen! Its been getting quite a few plays on music channels this weekend too...
January 23, 200817 yr Is it wrong to be addicted to this track  Jo Wiley just said the track is out 4th Feb
January 23, 200817 yr This song is alright but nothing amazing. I'm starting to see it on the music channels alot too.
