Victoria should have gotten one (especially during Let your head go era - that’s a classic gay campy song!)

Bless her. She got quite emotional during her speech.

Bless her that was a nice speech. I like that she said she doesn’t always get it right and she will continue to listen and learn, that’s the best thing any ally can do.

Some fans are saying on popjustice that a remix of Jessie Ware' Free Yourself will be released including a feature from Melanie C :o

What do we think girlies?

I love Jessie Ware, she is amazing and i think this could be really cool!

There was rumours that they had collaborated on something wasn’t there! Would love to hear it I really enjoyed the AM Gold collaboration.
Just watched that podcast is that a pic of louis spence in the background?

If that’s true, I’m screaming. Jessie Ware 2020-album What’s Your Pleasure? was critically and commercially successful. What a Queen.

Such talented artists for Melanie (in terms of duets and live performances): Bryan Adams, Lisa Left-Eye, Nadia Rose, Coldplay, Years & Years, Mø, Jessie Ware (if it’s true), Blossoms, Jools Holland, Victoria Beckham, and many more.

I feel so out of touch who is Jessie Ware?

Some alt-pop chick who made a disco album that the gays like.

Incredibly reductive statement

She is a really well established UK singer who has released four wildly acclaimed albums, won multiple awards and in 2020 released one of the year's most acclaimed album which has become a stapple of contemporary dance pop.

Jessie Ware is amazing:

Plus, she has one of the best podcasts around:

Wow. Those visuals. And the music. Such a mature but still addictive sound. It was my Pandemic album with Melanie C, and Roísín Murphy’s.

By the way, the song should be out in less than 2 weeks!

She did Viva Forever solo tonight in Oslo, with an acoustic guitar, which is what I would image the original demo to sound like. She does it ok, but her voice alone is definitely not warm enough for the verses and bridge.

Emma also did it at Albert Hall, and I would wish Melanie could turn up to Bunton's Christmas shows this year and they could do it together :teresa: (but it will never happen <_< )

Viva forever really needs the harmonies to work I was left a little cold by both Emma’s and Mel’s versions. Funnily the best solo version is that musical one 😅

Always gives me chills live. Melanie does a great job on her own. The backing singer does really help with the harmonies though.

The final line is everything. It’s still so nice to see Melanie loving her own legacy nowadays.

A duet would be lovely to see. But I’d choose Mel B or Victoria (!) for their lower register.

I agree. Still hit me like no other song. The adlibs were amazing. This song will always be Emma & The Mels. They should perform it at least as a 3. Spice Girls forever!
