The Feeling were one of a multitude of young U.K. bands to grab a moment or two in the spotlight during the mid 2000s. However, the band had a markedly different approach to rocking, passing on the typical Britpop and post-punk influences in favour of quirky MOR U.K. pop groups such as Supertramp and 10cc. The band's debut album, TWELVE STOPS AND HOME, combined the basic Britpop template with a pronounced '70s influence that encompassed everything from Beach Boys-like harmonies to the soft rock of the Eagles. - HMV

Another drop for The Feeling - this has not had the legs of the older hits - looks like bad word of mouth is affecting the album too! :o

Alison Goldfrapp first gained notoriety for her astonishing vocal work on albums by Tricky and techno duo Orbital. She joined forces with composer Will Gregory in the late 1990s to create her own moody, sensual version of contemporary electronica. With a succession of critically lauded albums, the duo honed their approach and utilised an assortment of influences ranging from traditional soundtrack themes and vintage pop to '80s synth sounds, disco, and glam rock to create one of the most intriguing and satisfying electronica hybrids to emerge from the genre since its inception. - HMV

"it's got in at #17" err, no its dropped to #17.

A common Reggie 'mistake'

A common Reggie 'mistake'

More like Fearne's influence I guess. His common mistake is going with the "whole weeks in the chart".

I love this song so much

His 2nd best release behind ''The Way I Are'' imo ^_^

So, Reggie already spoke to Alison Goldfrapp, which means the album isn't number 1?!

Alsion Frapp should do the next Bond theme

I actually think that Amy Winehouse would be great at it with the right song.
