August 17, 200816 yr Author Margaret Performs WYRMT for Shadowan Television After storming through her semi-final last week, Margaret Berger has certainly become the Kingdom of Shadow's most hyped entry into the BuzzJack Song Contest yet. Not content with her success in the Kingdom though, Ms Berger has been travelling the BuzzJack world to promote her single which has already reached number 1 in Kopecka and charted at number 15 in FSR Rontvia, and 22 in Torchwood. Luckily she still had time to appear on SBC's 'King Tom's Top Pops' last night. lakkjuzlc6M Edited August 17, 200816 yr by brunoboi

August 17, 200816 yr I sincerely hope so, it would be one of the most deserved winners ever... if the cheap Pink entry beats it by one point I'll cry all night long
August 17, 200816 yr Author They are some really really kind words guys - I dont believe she can win but we definately need all your help to hopefully get inside the top ten for the first time. It's a shock that she never released in the UK, even more so that she doesn't have a record deal at the moment.
August 19, 200816 yr Author AAA! We WON!! OMFG!! Tonight has been the most surreal night of my life! Margaret Berger has come from no where to storm the final of BJSC 9 and snatch victory from the amazing P!nk. I'd like to thank TIP for running the contest and I really hope we've helped to introduce a whole new audience to Margaret's AMAZING music. My heart felt thanks also go out to: Nonsuch, Tinnmark, Torchwood, FSR Rontvia, Kopecka, Dalisska, Norwegia, Kylienips, Ojnoj, Simondly, Utopia, Ashton, Ferverosia, Sangria, Allecian, Herzebania, Tapatilandia, MKL, Bhangra, Quotosibb, Priceville, FSR Farahtyn, Angellic Land, Fasztickle and Triodopolis for their points, I know how difficult it is to pick a top ten and it's brilliant to think so many people rated WYRMT so highly. So the BJSC comes to the Kingdom of Shadow WoW!!!!
August 30, 200816 yr Author Hosts Reveil Representative BJSC X's host nation, the Kingdom of Shadow, today has reveiled it's entry. Roisin Murphy the Irish electronica singer was finally confirmed after having featured in the host's signature for some time now, the song she shall be singing is 'Movie Star' taken from her latest album 'Overpowered'. Since it's release in the country, the single had made it into KoS's top ten most played songs EVER and was strongly believed to be the country's entry into BJSC 9 before Margaret Berger was confirmed. 9v50LGXffEM Roisin Murphy - movie Star
September 13, 200816 yr One Last Horrah for Gigi D'Alessio Herzebania's entry Gigi D'Alessio finally arrived in BJSC X host country Kingdom of Shadow last night, where he rounded off his whirlwind promotional tour by giving an open air concert in the town square. Expected to be a relatively small affair, D'Alessio and his team were touched at the sheer number that turned up to the concert, including many Herzebanian fans making the long journey to give their singer support in advance of the semi-final results. Gigi D'Alessio - Non Mollare Mai (Live in Shadow) rPbKnmJYjNQ Commenting the night before he learns his fate, "I don't care what happens tomorrow. After seeing the massive support my country has given me and the friendships I have made all around Buzzjack, these have been the best two weeks of my career, and if I am out of the competition tomorrow, I'll know I've given it my best and had a great time." "No regrets," said the singer.
September 13, 200816 yr Author Kingdom of Shadow Turn Out for Emporer D'Allessio The buzzing capital of the Kingdom of Shadow has more than quadrupled in size ahead of the BuzzJack Song Contest's final week in Kentish Town and they have been awarded with fantastic music throughout their stay. Without doubt the most successful concert was that in the town's main square featuring Gigi D'Allessio with the crowds all showing their absolute appreciation for the Herzebanian underdog. The atmosphere is all set for a brilliant night this evening when the results of this week's semi finals shall be reveiled.
September 25, 200816 yr Author BJSC X A Success Despite Black Out The King of Shadow has deemed BJSC X, hosted in the Kingdom, a success despite a power cut mid-way through the results causing a twenty-four hour delay. In a thrilling contest which went down to the last set of votes, Mdice came out on top with Brandy's 'Right Here' beating the Torchwood representative Lagy Gaga with 'Paparazzi'. Roisin Murphy finished 11th to gain the great Kingdom's second best result to date which the King described 'as good as a win' considering the lack promotion the host nation gets during the semi-final stages. BJSC XI has already been targeted as 'most important contest to date' for the small country having proved they can win in BJSC IX and proved they can host in BJSC X, the next contest is vital to show that they are not one-hit-wonders but a very serious nation looking to get in the record books. It is widely believed 'Florence and the Machine' have been signed up as the country's next entry after appearing in the King's signature earlier this evening however nothing has yet been confirmed.
September 25, 200816 yr Author Are you really using Florence & The machine :( I would certainly like to! Is it bad because you like or dislike her?
September 25, 200816 yr  I would certainly like to! Is it bad because you like or dislike her? I'm just worried which track you are going to choose :kink:

October 11, 200816 yr Mdice returns to Kingdom of Shadow, this time on tour The last time Mdice was in Kingdom of Shadow, it was for the finale of BJSCX, where Brandy eventually won, a third win for Mdice. Now Mdice's entry for BJSCXI, Isabel Guzman, returns to Kingdom of Shadow, this time on a promotional tour. The show included strobe and brightly colored lights, and hella glam. "It went really well, I think!" Isabel stated. "I'm glad people seem to be responding to my performances well." When performing her song "Mysterious", in what could have been quite an embarrassing moment, Isabel tripped over one of her microphone cords, only to smile, get back up, and continue singing. "I actually was extremely embarrassed about that; I just tried not to let it show." DB3HxOG4jdI
October 11, 200816 yr Author Isabel is from Dame Margaret Berger's school of music so of course the Shadowan public gave her a good response and look forward to going to Mdice to see her perform in the final!
October 11, 200816 yr Gabriella Lands in KoS The artist who came so close to BJSCVII for both Ashton and Kos arrived in the Kingdom for the first time since her controversial withdrawal from BJSCVII, she admitted to us earlier to day that she was "Really, really scared. I knew i had fans in the Kingdom and that the King himself was a fan. I was also very concerned about the re-action i would get after having to pull out. I really hoped i hadn't lost any of my wonderful Shadowan fans, especially as i represented Ashton in BJSCVIII and we all know that the two countries nearly came to blows in a row over a alleged entry theft. I seem to remember the Dictator himself telling me to be careful for the odd extremist. He said they would be easy to spot if the KoS Government hadn't sorted them out be then, he calmed my nerves and reminded my just how wonderful the country was!! He also reassured me of the countries relationship and said it was stronger than ever! When i arrived i was shocked, all i could see were fans. i had only planned for one gig but the demand was so great i performed 3 gigs back to back each with a 63,637 crowd! The reactions were great, and the crowd seemed to love my rendition of Will You Remember Me Tomorrow. I can't wait to come back!!!! October 11, 200816 yr Author Immigrants Swarm The Kingdom as Cilmi Comes To Town Gabriella Cilmi's promotional tour for Ashton's BJSC XI was hugely popular amongst the small Shadowan population but the King has slammed the Ashtonese organisers for not warning the great Kingdom of the huge foreign interest in what was supposed to be a small gig. Over 190,000 people turned up for what eventually became a trio of concerts around the capital city despite the Kingdom of Shadow only having a population of 20,000. The King was reported as saying; 'It's been a phenomonal night, it's great to see so many people coming from across the world back to the Kingdom less than a month after we hosted the contest. The trouble is we simply weren't expecting it! We suspect some Kopeckans and Ashtonese got a little too excited and well... let's just say we'll be assessing the damage caused in the morning.' The King went on to say; 'I must thank the majority of people however for making this a fantastic evening and a special thanks goes to Miss Cilmi for cooperating with our crowd management team and moving across the city to with two extra concerts to ensure everyone got what they wanted to see. I was also quite surprised to hear WYRMT in her set too - That was definately a risky one with Dame Margaret watching the concert alongside me but she seemed to like Gabriella's version so I think it went down well'. Despite the trouble, relations between Ashton and the great Kingdom are said to be 'as good as ever' though the leaders of both countries are yet to be seen in public together.
