Although it would be good for Sugas to be top 10, its not as though they've not enterred in the top 10 before with their singles. I mean Follow me Home reached about 32 and that was off the last album. Plus its a really competitive week for releases as well. Just because it dosn't reach top 10 I don't think it'll affect their careers too much.

 

Estelle will be Number 1 tomorrow I reckon, Madonna may struggle to get to number 1 this week but will probably manage it the week after or so. Estelle will probably has quite a lead on her

I think Girls Aloud have peaked now as a band, don't see them ever getting into the higher echelons of the success league, they'll never conquer America and Europe now. I envisage they will gradually end up going solo soon and then that will be it.

I'm not getting into the murky areas of a Girls Aloud debate; but surely its most bands wishes to have as much success as possible together, not just in one country

Justin won't get to no.1 this week, neither the next cos Estelle is released physically...but it will when it is released physically (well if dont 'waste' all of it's downloads, ala 'Don't Stop The Music')

Surprised to see Muse number 1 in the album chart. I guess they have a cult following who are buying it on the first day so I would be amazed if Duffy isn't back at number 1 by the end of the week.

What's that got to with the price of fish? Strange, by your tone you'd think they were doing badly yet they look as though they'll have their 15th or so top ten hit in a row. Hardly a group that needs to bother with international success for recognition. A case of sour grapes methinks...

To be honest - with Girls Aloud breaking outside of the UK, i think its a mixture of r/c and the girls themselves. I mean, look at Off the Record, they only gave themselves a week to promote Biology when they went to Australia. They still got a hit out of it, but if they went out and did proper promotion, then they would have done better. Reguarding the girls, i just think they would be too homesick to really go out and promote. Ironically, its probably Nadine that would be willing to travel and do this
