April 2, 200818 yr you can tell they're gonna A-list Pigeon Detectives for months on end even if it flops No they won't. If you haven't noticed, pretty much every song has gone off in its week of release or in the two weeks after, their playlist has been much fresher this year. I see no reason why they'd break it...
April 2, 200818 yr Author Flo Rida is up to the A-list, not gone ;) well you never know with Radio 1...
April 2, 200818 yr Jo Whiley played The Pigeon Detectives new song the other day. It sounded like their previous singles, totally unremarkable fare that is not polarizing. I guess that's why Radio 1 is so fond of them. Hopefully it will have a shorter stay on the playlist than I Found Out, which they still seem to play every day. And we have another year of Akon songs -- one after another. Isn't it time to drop Leona Lewis and OneRepublic---even though they'll continue to play Stop and Stare as a recurrent for the next year. It's true that they are removing songs more quickly from the playlist, but they seem to be playing certain ones as recurrents endlessly (just like Capital). If I didn't know better I would think that The Way I Are and Let Me Think About It are new releases because they play them constantly.
