the single was deleted last year, but the new rules about deleted records didn't come in until March this year. As soon as the rule was introduced, the record was removed from the chart. That was over 2 months ago and were it not for that rule, the record would STILL be in the top 75 - it still sells enough copies each week, and a few weeks ago it was selling enough to have re-entered the top 40 once again...
