I didn't think i'd like Hard Candy but it's a real grower. I much prefer Madonnas more dance/pop stuff but HC is fabs!! C'mon peoples let's get Kylie into the top 40. In My Arms deserves a great chart positon.

I've listened to Hard Candy 3 times this morning..

 

I am not impressed, it's uninspired, dull and probably one of my least favourite madonna albums of all time.

 

Maybe it's a grower :(

 

 

Well itd be a bit embarrasing if Imaculate Colection outsold Hard Candy this week - though would be rather funny. Safe to say, thats not gonna happen

Am hoping CSF stays top 30 and TU stays top 20 this week.

Good first day sales for Madonna. Especially considering that she has done NO promotion for this album so far!

 

On the week that 'Confessions' was released, she had an hour long appearance on Parkinson, performed 2 songs on Children In Need, done an exclusive interview with CD:UK and performed at KOKO and G-A-Y! She also opened the MTV EMAs with Hung Up.

i like the wiley track its fresh and thumping, it really works for a grime electro dance urban track ^_^ but he seems to be the underdog for #1 this week cause he is up against 3 huge artists MadTimTim + 4 physical formats boosting them. physicals could save 4 minutes, he needs to easily clear 40k i hope he can.

Good for Ashlee, hopefully she can climb later on in the week!
