#5 was a re-entry to the top 75 (having charted at #61 a few weeks previously). It was the 4th song to re-enter the top 75 inside the top 10 in 2007 (the others being Chasing Cars, Miracle, and Girlfriend).

#15 was a re-issue of Jamie T’s debut hit (which originally made #22 in July 2006). This was still the lowest-charting of his 3 songs (the others peaking at #13 and #9).

#17 would climb to #4 the following week – giving Snow Patrol their highest-charting single (Chasing Cars never climbed higher than #6).

#19 was a new entry on just 2 days of download sales – it was initially looking set to climb to #1 the following week but was overtaken by *that* song…

2 songs called Lollipop were in this chart – apparently Mika’s song (which got no higher than #59) outsold Dada’s song (which made #18).

And we all know what happened to McFly the following week…

The saddest thing about this chart (IMO) is that the next UK act to top the chart would be Sugababes in 20 weeks’ time.

Dare I mention the word "Umbrella" -_-

:yahoo: Such a shame how far they fell really as i really really liked 'Transylvania' Possibly my fave McFly song behind 'Not Alone' but Babys Coming Back as the lead of teh two songs was an awful choice - it was just a standard B-Side track IMO! <_< So glad Umbrella knocked it off! :D

Iirc, Mika's Lollipop was in the chart a lot longer then Dada's.

hellogood bye hear in your arms and mika love today omg i love theyy songs cant believe that was a year ago

Can anyone remember what song was at #5 when Signal Fire was at #4?

It's been annoying me for ages...I remember they were both songs that I liked and that I thought that the song at #5 would do better than Signal Fire...but then it didn't.

So anyone know?

Oh yes! Thank you so much

Amerie should have been number 1 not that awful mcFly

I remember being very suprised that JoJo reached that posistion because the songs didnt have a video yet the video for How To Touch A Grl was shown instead.

I had such an obsession with 'Here [in Your Arms]' that time last year .
