May 28, 200817 yr I got back not long ago from seeing this, it was just what I expected but that didn't make it any less good. I think you at least need to have seen a great chunk of the actual series, if not all of it to understand it. It wraps a few things up really well, there aren't as many thrills and spills as there was in the series itself... but that makes it a more realistic portrayal of how the women have grown up in 5 years. :P
May 29, 200817 yr I got back not long ago from seeing this, it was just what I expected but that didn't make it any less good. I think you at least need to have seen a great chunk of the actual series, if not all of it to understand it. It wraps a few things up really well, there aren't as many thrills and spills as there was in the series itself... but that makes it a more realistic portrayal of how the women have grown up in 5 years. :P I thought that too, it was all a bit predictable. I could have told you the end about half an hour into it. I actually thought it seemed more like 3 episodes back-to-back than an actual film. The first hour or so was great, really action packed and stuff, the middle hour just really slowed down and was a bit fillery and then the end was so-so. I enjoyed it though. ^_^
