Whenever I try and re-size mine it just takes the top corner out of my picture as opposed to the whole thing just shrunk. :( How does one do it?

Would you be able to make a new flag for Farahtyn please, as we no longer like our flag lol. As long as it has alot of blue, the residents would like you to be as free as possible in making us a lovely new flag.
