:yahoo: for Carola :D

Now after the results of BJSCVIII can't depend on Eledan itself, EBJSCC decided to start preparing for the next contest.

The first meeting (yesterday) was quite successful: all members of the committee have voted 'for' one of the songs that appeared very quickly in Eledan. The official confirmation of the BJSC9 entry will be happening after the ending of BJSCVIII.

But as EBJSCC takes a holiday for two weeks right after the final of BJSC8, the choice has to be done until 22nd Jul.

So i'm proud to announce that one of the favourites of Eledan and hence one of the contenders for representing Eledan in August is ...

Pink - Dear Mr President

Media tell that it will be NF taking place in Eledan for 9th edition of the contest (it'd be the second NF in our country: the first public one was held 4-5 months ago, for BJSC5). "We believe that the National Final will make some improvents in the history of Eledan in BJSC: we have had only one Top 10 finish, the first place from TATU. Remember that it was the same contest we had NF and we won it" - say the lead specialist of Eledanese Center of Statistics, George E'Jerome

oh is Thermostatic available on iTunes Bhangra :o it hasn't even been released in Rontvia yet :heehee: and Mine All Mine in there :o the Bhangrese have taste

 More than - I'm already thinking about the entry for BJSCX :kink:

i was on BJSCXII :kink:

but K.O.S using my 9th entrant this time <_< means i've had to change it all.

I'm thinking late 90's #1 for BJSCIX and a Dance Choon for BJSCX

 Why  Great lyrics, amazing singer, stunning vocals

I agree about the amazing singer part, but I don't think Dear Mr President is good songwriting in the slightest. It's about as subtle as a block of ice. I'm not too fussed about the production of the song either. She has many many many better songs. That's just what I think anyways.

P!nk is fabulous...but I'm not too keen on Dear Mr. President. When it comes to Dubya, so many people have done that sort of thing that you really have to be subtle about it for it to be at all original...

Oh yes, and as you all know Jennifer Saunders - Holding Out For A Hero is going to be the Kopecek entry next month :drama: The Kopecek internal selection committee have sensationally announced that there will be no national finals until October, as the entry for BJSC X has been announced. Kopecka are deciding to take a risk, and in September will be sending...

Patrick Wolf - Tristan

You're planning far too far ahead Tyron.

I haven't even thought about my next entry yet.

90's Cheese for Ashton?

After K.O.S shocking artist theft earlier this month the ASC have been searching for a suitable artist to represent them in BJSC IX. Our sources tell us that 90's Cheese act B*Witched have been approached and they are currently in talks with their management.

Our sources also tell us that Cheese Queen Lolly is also in contention for the spot. When asked about this Lolly replied "Oh Mickey what a pity you don't understand you take me by the heart when you take my the hand." Our code cyphers are currently working out if that is a denial or a confirmation. Lolly was a smash hit in Ashton during the '99 recession having 4 #1's before she quit to pursue a TV career in the UK.

It is thought if selected that B*Witched would perform Blame It On The Weatherman (The biggest selling single of '99) and Lolly would perform Mickey.
