August 8, 200816 yr Well I can speak for the radio group I work for and we've latched on to it big time. It's on our Network 1 playlist which is basically Capital 95.8, BRMB, Trent etc. AND on our Network 2 playlist too (which is for our more melodic stations). So that's reaching an audience of 11 or 12 million each week. Unfortunately, the BBC have totally ignored this track. I thought it would be right up Radio 2's street, but they haven't touched it yet. As for Radio 1 - some of their plalisting is totally diabolical. Unless it's a dance tune reccomended by Pete Tong or indie picked up by Zane Lowe, we usually land on most of the big tunes first.
August 12, 200816 yr I really like this song I think it's really cute. I just hope it doesn't get overplayed and that ruins it for me.

You should start supporting more dance tunes. As for Bubbly, I think it was playlisted on Radio 2 when it was first released. I doubt they'll readd it now, they didnt with Gabriella either.
August 12, 200816 yr Bubbly is up to #58 in the pop chart last time I checked...so nearing the top 120 on iTunes I would imagine it seems to do better in the week when commercial radio play it a lot and then slips at the weekend when it receives no airplay it may be flopping because people can't find the track!?! the name Colbie Caillat doesn't exactly roll of the tongue does it? and the word Bubbly is barely said in the song...if she'd called it 'starts in my toes', it may be doing a whole lot better
August 13, 200816 yr I was going to wind you all up and say she was 120 but i thought "Better Not" I like this song but it will flop just as hard as it did last time IMO -_-
August 13, 200816 yr I think it could make the Top 40 but who knows??? It's doing nothing on iTunes but it could just magically shoot up the iTunes chart therefore shooting up the Singles Chart like Sara Bareiles oddly did...(it was hanging at like 15 for ages and then suddenly moved to lik 2 or 3) Colbie Caillat isn't exactly the easyest thing to spell is it??? I thought it was Colby Calay originally :|
August 14, 200816 yr I can't get Bubbly out of my head! Colbie has to be a hit... Edited August 14, 200816 yr by lilbrooks
September 3, 200816 yr It should have done better, It's by far better than some of the rubbish that's out at the moment!!
September 3, 200816 yr Heard this on Radio 2 for the first time yesterday. Would've completely missed it if I hadn't recognized the artist name from people banging on about it here. Unfortunately, I was utterly underwhelmed by it, very uninspirational.
September 3, 200816 yr Why the hell is taking this song too long to be released in the UK? Anywhere else it has been a hit for a several months.
September 3, 200816 yr next week is the physical re-release, I got it on physical first time around though...I wonder if the tracklistings are different :o
September 3, 200816 yr Why the hell is taking this song too long to be released in the UK? Anywhere else it has been a hit for a several months. This was released in the UK last year, but flopped hugely. This is a re-release.
September 3, 200816 yr it looks like it won't go far past the low top 50 area unless some major promotion kicks in all of a sudden :(
September 3, 200816 yr I think it has a chance of going top 50 but not much higher. Its a shame, its a nice enough song but i do prefer The Little Things.
