So, Kings of Leon will release their 4th album, "Only By The Night" on 22nd September, with the first single off the album, "Sex on Fire" being released the week before, only 15th September. "Crawl" has also been available as a free download from the band's website over the last week

The track list for the album is as follows

'Closer'

'Crawl'

'Sex On Fire'

'Use Somebody'

'Manhattan'

'Revelry'

'Seventeen'

'Notion'

'I Want You'

'Be Somebody'

'Cold Desert'

Sex on Fire premiered last night on Zane Lowe's Radio 1 show. Here is the radio rip:

I absolutely love this song, I think it is up with their best and I can't wait for the album!

Sex On Fire is amazing. Such a good song, love the production on it too.

They really are getting better with every album.

I don't want them to go for a 'darker sound' as has been said that they will. :( For me 1st album was their best and I prefer their earlier sound that the last album. We'll have to wait and see. :o

I think the US version is so much nicer! :(

I'm not sure. I know it's out physically on the 15th September, so I'm guessing either then or the week before.

I don't think it will be one of those songs that is released on iTunes WWWAAYYYY before the physical, but I could be proved wrong

I really like the sexual nature of the album. Adds a lot of meaning to the title.

I hestitated about downloading the album, as i'm getting it for my birthday, but I finally decided to download it the other night.

Gotta say I do really like it. I think it's a bit of a grower though, especially as the songs are a lot softer and mellower than their last albums, but I think the album shows how much they've come on as a band within these last few years. The album goes a bit blehh in the middle for me, but it picks up again towards the end. I must say though, Use Somebody... Such an amazing track. My favourite off the album.

I am so not sure what to do about this.. have stated before that I really don't like them couldn't stomach On Call at all.. then Fans came about and I begrudgingly admit to liking it, and the Sex on Fire comes along and is AMAZING - which of these three is is most reminiscent of as a whole?

I have the first Kings of Leon album, and never really got into any more. I love this track. The album is going on my wishlist..

Cheers for the heads up.. :yahoo:
