The time i was the host there wasn't the semifinal running :( And i can't see completely how you feel tho (well the 'host' part - yes :kink: )

I haven't listened to headhunted yet as it's not in the same semi.....but with all this talk surrounding it at the moment I think I'll have to listen to it now :P

 

It seems to have completely split opinion on here :lol: I don't recall any song ever having received so much feedback before a contest, usually people keep their views on songs to themselves until after the contest :o I don't think such a love/hate track could win but it's nice to have an entry that's got people talking even if it flops :heehee: at least it will be remembered!

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for Headhunted but I'm starting to think it will fail to get out of the semi as Trashlexis is the only person from my semi that seems to like the song :lol: :cry: unless he likes Mira Craig the person, but not the song...

I would SO love to comment but I think it'd be a little inappropriate :lol: This is one of those songs which I have been paying special attention to is all I'm saying

I can definitely see why people don't like it, I entered it because I adore it but it is a weird song with lyrics packed with sexual innuendo, in a more subtle way than Smack Me! I suppose it's receiving so much attention because it's sitting at the top of a lot of the odds lists so people understandably want to see why some people see it as a potential winner :D

HeadHunted is the only song from FSR Rontivia that's I've actually really liked....

 

Completely agree. :o No offense to Rontivia or anything, your previous entries have just really kept my interest, whereas I feel as Headhunted has a kinda interesting feel to it that catches your ear, whether you end up liking the song or not.

I love that people that usually hate my entries like Headhunted and people that usually like them hate it, this is not the effect that I was going for but I like it :lol:

I have to agree, although its nerve wracking being part of a semi, you do feel like your song deserves its place in the final when you qualify

 

I think that's why I had so much indecision in BJSC8, I knew I was already qualified so I didn't really need to find as amazing a song as usual because I knew I was already in the final...I think qualified finalists have a harder job of getting noticed unless you have a stunning song, e.g. Into The Nightlife

 

usually the hosts flop really badly, Movie Star is a good song which I have given respectable odds to, but by the time everyone gets round to listening to it, people will have their favourites already -_-

Not that i love Rontvia's songs so much but your last 2 were truly amazing :wub: I liked Mine All Mine, Love Song, Driving was quite good :o Actually better to say - Pavel never dislikes Rontvia's entries :heehee: But Rontvia is the only country I've given points 4 times in 6 contests i've been in. This time it's gonna be the 5th :kink:
