September 9, 200816 yr It SHOULD be A&E, Song 4 Mutya or Flux, but we all know it won't be :( Anyway, can't we all just agree that the Saturdays AND Katy Perry are hugely overhyped and really not very good? And PopJustice IS a steaming pile of CACK. And Buzzjack NEEDS members like Russ, for sake of diversity alone. Edited September 9, 200816 yr by Shoat
September 9, 200816 yr 'Call The Shots' - Girls Aloud 'Dance Wiv Me' - Dizzee Rascal feat Calvin Harris 'Flux' - Bloc Party 'Ready For The Floor' - Hot Chip 'Stuck On Repeat' - Little Boots These are the songs that should win. Oui oui. Little Boots - Bloc Party - Hot Chip - Girls Aloud - Dizzee That order.
September 9, 200816 yr I'd like for it to be Song 4 Mutya as Mutya hasn't had much luck this year it seems.
September 9, 200816 yr Anyway, can't we all just agree that the Saturdays AND Katy Perry are hugely overhyped and really not very good? yeah i'll agree to that!!! and not to be seen as being one sided...some better stuff SepI7Ym2gwU S Club Juniors-Automatic High Y_PpeDt3i5o Cathy Dennis - West End Pad
September 9, 200816 yr Mutya doesn't DESERVE to have much luck. I have no respect for a girl who cancels gigs and PAs last minute just to go clubbing with her friends instead. Or for a girl with that hair.

September 9, 200816 yr Perhaps if Mutya was still a Sugababe, and not a piece of trash the world has long since forgotten about... :kink:

Or for a girl with that hair. Oi! :o You can't not like someone for bloody having mad hair when you have Pink of all people in your sig -_- If she wants and likes her hair like that then good for her ^_^ And she's got a better voice than any other Sugababe :kink:
September 9, 200816 yr Don't be daft, her voice doesn't touch Keisha's. That's beside the point anyway - she's an ungrateful ho who takes being in the industry for granted and cares not one bit about her fans. It's poor as anything.

Well shes hardly a ho is she  And of course her voice is better than Keisha's! Mutya was the only one who could sing live, and held the band together in live performances! Her voice is amazing :o  And if Mutya was in the band they wouldn't of come out with a song like 'Girls' :kink:
September 10, 200816 yr Maybe its the Pipettes going all commercial on their second album (& major label debut) produced by Mark Ronson. I found out from one the girls herself that them signing to Polydor is actually all complete bollocks so it's not that :P
September 10, 200816 yr How predictable for the £20 prize :( Anyway, am I the only one that thinks it might be the v. hyped Underground from Britney, given to her by Lady GaGa? Such a recipe for success would undoubtedly fulfill all of these conditions
September 10, 200816 yr A music taste cannot be 'horifically wrong' or any kind of wrong :/ It's personal, opinion! PJ is great imo. I agree, it's great their interview with Sandi Thom showing them around her home town is possibly one of the best things I've read on the internet all year

I don't particularly like or respect Mutya either but Song 4 Mutya is a stunning pop track which charted 7 places lower than it deserved to in the UK -_-
September 10, 200816 yr In other news... Their 20 Quid Music prize is tomorrow... Which of these songs will win Song of the Year? 'A&E' - Goldfrapp 'About You Now' - Sugababes 'Bleeding Love' - Leona Lewis 'Call The Shots' - Girls Aloud 'Dance Wiv Me' - Dizzee Rascal feat Calvin Harris 'Flux' - Bloc Party 'Money' - Daggers 'That's Not My Name' - The Ting TIngs 'Valerie' - Mark Ronson feat Amy Winehouse 'Ready For The Floor' - Hot Chip 'Song 4 Mutya (Out Of Control)' - Groove Armada feat Mutya Buena 'Stuck On Repeat' - Little Boots I would think Leona, GA or Sugababes will win although I wouldn't mind Goldfrapp winning  I'd be happy with either Goldfrapp, Bloc Party or Girls Aloud winning this. "Call The Shots" is brilliant. Its quite shocking how good it is actually imo. I've many friends that detest Girls Aloud but they even admit that "Call The Shots" is excellent. Something about it makes it appeal to the masses, i've not come across many that don't like it or proclaim it to be GA's finest moment. It never gets old for me either...
