I'm sure the label is more bothered about total sales than overall chart positions.

P!nk will have been released today so that by the time sales for next week start counting on Sunday night, she's already at the top of the iTunes chart and doesn't lose the sales she would if she was added on Sunday and took a day to climb to the top.

Probably because it takes time for download sales to build up. An extra 2 days puts her at a higher chart position at the start of the sales week (Sunday).

Or even better will be the Sugababes brilliant Girls for #1 next week or the following week and we can watch Pink slide down the chart as quickly as Jennifer Hudson.

Downloads never peak immediately, by the beginning of next week it will be higher up on iTunes and will maximise the sales/chart position.

The charts confuse me a lot, does this mean she will be in the official top 40 tomorrow? (I know the #4 position is for itunes only and that she wont be in the top 40 at #4 yet, they dont confuse me that much :lol: )
