have you heard any of the album tracks?

youtube some of them and your see most of the tracks are different to the usual Mcfly sound so chances are your like it

I think i may buy this. I like McFly and think 'Lies' is definately one of their best - If not BEST - song's in a while!

Can't wait to receive my copy. Heard 'The End' yesterday acoustically and it is definitely brilliant. Already have the free copy and have enjoyed it immensely. Especially the latter of the album and having heard clips of them recording the other tracks we've yet to hear, I am very excited to hear them in full as they sound fantastic!

Tried singing Lies, and as a singer, it's a bloody difficult song to do.

 

Madd Maxx video? I think so. hahaha.

 

They could of done a better video, but I suppose it's the song that does actually matter.

 

So far, it's fair to say, they have kept the best songs off the free album.

Let's hope that applies to the rest of them!

 

I shall be buying it! - And Lies is out this week, with Acoustic versions of other unreleased tracks..

Okay, being honest. 'Lies' is pretty good, although just by the mere fact that it's buy McFly makes it unbearable to listen to. The faux-rock voice, this new punk/indie we're cool look, their fanbase, the fact that it IS Mcfly and just everything about them. :lol:

 

If it was song by Muse, then it would be cool. But Mcfly? It's pretty embarrasing.

Don't think like that! This album comes with some of the most un-Mcfly like songs they have ever done. The songs 'POV' and 'Corrupted' are indeed quite credible - check them out at least...

I just got my album in the post and it's on now! I'll say what I think of the new tracks after.

I've just heard The End's album version (there was an accoustic available on one of the singles) and it is absolutely fantastic! I haven't finished listening to the album yet, but it has certainly already topped my chart on my favourite McFly songs!

 

 

I just heard Down Goes Another One and it's also superb! I'm beginning to believe they really did leave the best tracks off the free album! I didn't think it could get much better.

 

Only The Strong Survive is really fun and has a cool tune to it! Not a match for the other new songs though, but still really great!

 

I think I've decided this is now my favourite album by the guys. Fantastic buy!

The new songs are alright, not sure about them, but i've only heard them on YouTube. I really like Down Goes Another One (could someone PM me an MP3 of it? haha), but does anyone else think that the verses sound pretty much EXACTLY like What Goes Around, Comes Around from Justin Timberlake?! Good song still nethertheless.

Corrupted or do ya is going tobe the dec release mindyou i allways thought pov was abetter release

Everybody knows is going to be the final release and that will be the release to promote the release of mcfly's 2009 tour tickets(may/june time)
