Aw Sam :( I had a feeling it would be her if not Alicia but that was really tragic.

Just watched and poor Sam :( I always liked her character but glad it wasn't Alicia as she is my favourite character right now.

 

We get the briefest of glimpses of Ellen Thomas. Hoping for some iconic-ness *.*

 

Looks like Iain is just going to go on a downward spiral as expected. Excited for the Alicia/Eddie court scenes.

Belinda Stewart-Wilson is returning as Ciara this weekend. She's now lined up as a potential love interest for Dylan.

 

Gabriella Leon has also been cast as a student nurse called Jade. She will join Marty later in the year.

It used to take a break over the summer but hasn’t done for a few years now, they just launch straight into the new series
