Arrrgh, this really needs clearing up :arrr: You must nominate in all of the contests that you've participated in, but it would be preferred if you nominated in all of them.

I know, but people don't seem to be listening as I just got a PM saying that somebody thought they could only nominate in contests they'd been in :(

I just went through the recap videos on the ones i weren't in, so at least I had something for all the contests, as I've only been in 2, although I did follow the one before I enter a lil' bit. :)

Yeh I did just chane a couple of my originial nominations after I realised I had chosen one particular nation in all but one or two competitions but I didn't even realise I liked this nation at all! Shocking stuff

Oh yes, and quick reminder - we WANT people to vote in all contests, so don't come out with anything like 'it wouldn't be fair of me to do so' as that's part of the point of this contest! :P And secondly, remember that the winners autoqualify and that you cannot vote for them! :P

Yes and I was quite shocked at the countries who got most of my votes because I don't think i've given them any points since being in this contest :o

I noticed that i nominated a few countries 3 time iirc, but not more than that

For clarification purposes as there are meant to be four songs qualifying from each contest, then if there is a tie for 4th place from any of the 10 contests will the 4th place be given to the song that finished highest in the original BJSC?

the rankings that Trash has asked for are being used to sort tie breaks in the occurrence of songs 4 and 5 being nominated by the same amount of people

Every nomination counts for one point, but I asked that people rank them so that, in the event of a tie on nominations, the fourth place will be given to the song that has received more points in the rankings ^_^ An easier way to think of it is having the current BJSC system reversed, so that the winner is the country with the most votes from other countries, and the tie-breaker is how many points they got - it will revert to the normal method for the actual contest :D
