February 27, 201213 yr I'm only about a quarter of the way through listening so far actually, I was just saying that I'd expect it to be weaker overall because people have had less time to discover and prepare great entries. The first contest back after the Xmas break is always high quality.
February 27, 201213 yr Author Both of us have gone Australian this month! Indeed  And as I stated in your thread, I tried to keep Elen under wrap till XLIII  but I'm glad you send it in this contest and hopefully I will get a chance to award with points (I'm not sure if I am allowed to say this :kink:) in final since we're in opposite semi's.
February 27, 201213 yr Author I'm only about a quarter of the way through listening so far actually, I was just saying that I'd expect it to be weaker overall because people have had less time to discover and prepare great entries. The first contest back after the Xmas break is always high quality. True but reading through comments in other threads seems like there's a good number of ESC rejects in this contest, which doesn't necessarily mean it is a bad thing or low quality. I've listened almost the whole semi I'm in and I actually like more songs than I did in semi of XLI but we'll see if it's going to match the quality of finals.
March 19, 201213 yr Massive congratulations dear neighbour!!! Ashton's government has agreed to loosen the border restrictions between our nations for your contest, although we will still be occupying the entirety of the island. :kink:
March 19, 201213 yr Surely it will get back to the way it used to be when you realise that Botanikka senslessly beat your 'Most appearances before the first win' record :kink:
March 19, 201213 yr Well done Addy! Clearly it was written in the stars as you were sooooo close to not getting that entry... and to think it was with your second choice anyway! :o
March 19, 201213 yr Author BOTANIKKA wins BJSC XLII Botanikka have won the Buzzjack Song Contest, after a fiercely-fought contest with Ashton's Elen Levon and Tinmark's Laleh, the bookies' favourites. People in Botanikka are cheering all over the country and the flags are flying all over the place. Same thing was seen in some Ashton streets as well. Edited March 19, 201213 yr by Addy K!ng
March 19, 201213 yr I'd also like to congratulate Addy on confirming Emma Hewitt 'Colours' two minutes before I did. Such a brilliant track, I'm really delighted that the track won. Well done Addy. :cheer:
March 19, 201213 yr Author Well done Addy! Clearly it was written in the stars as you were sooooo close to not getting that entry... and to think it was with your second choice anyway! :o Thnx Dandy* Yeah, and when I think now, I almost sent Emma in XLI which I guarantee wouldn't stand a chance against last month's top 3.

April 30, 201213 yr Author Any comments are welcome. Dafina Zeqiri - Supernova -HJtjBMFk1A Elvana Gjata - Afer dhe Larg r0Eu3FM26gM Dafina Zeqiri - Tonight kQ36kmS0Bqo Help?
April 30, 201213 yr Afer dhe Larg = fav Tonight Supernova = least fav but then you have the non English factor with Afer dhe Larg. That's the dilemma I'm in at the moment with my two possibles
April 30, 201213 yr I like all 3! :D My favourite is probably just Afer Dhe Larg too, followed by Tonight and then Supernova - I think they are all quite close in terms of quality though :D Edited April 30, 201213 yr by Ryan741

March 22, 201411 yr Author SEREBRO for 63!!! Botanikka is sending female russian trio to FARC for BJSC 63rd edition. Apparently on February 14 at Big Love Show singer of the group Serebro. Elena Temnikova made a sensational confession. Lena said that soon her contract with Max Fadeev ends and she goes into free-swimming. Elena said she still did not give up music lessons. It is still unclear – whether at Temnikova leaves at her request or to to make a family or to work on a solo career. Nevertheless Serebro will not be the same without Temnikova. Not being Russian, i wouldn't know if it was true or not, which is why i put "apparently". The video may well be a hint (it's called I'll Not Give You Up in English) but it does seem to fit her going. And it is unusually tender and emotional for a Serebro clip. If any of that happens to be true, we are so proud to present them to BJSC and hopefully give them a top 3 for the first time in BJSC history. This is their 6th attempt to BJSC. Enjoy!!! March 23, 201411 yr Author Apparently Serebro have been vetoed due to well known in Buzzjack world factor. I don't agree with mods decision but oh well.
