i think brandy gave the best comeback single. estelle's was a pretty good comeback single, too.

 

best comeback, in terms of re-invention of sound & image, has to go to solange. her whole attitude towards life and music is so in tune with one another. i believe it. and more importantly, it works for her.

I'd have to go for P!nk though Britney, Christina and Annie's are all brilliant to.

The rest are just damn right awful tbh. Especially Mariah. I was looking forward to her comeback but the record was horrendous especially 'Touch My Body'.

Best comeback single- Pink. Its not amazing but it checked all the boxes and its certainly not dissapointing. Its the best she could do whilst still staying commercially successful :D

Pop Track- Pink again

Dance-Pop song- Janet Jackson- Feedback. Amazing for the first few listens, gets old fast :(

R&B/Hip Hop- Not properly got into a lot of these, i'll go for Solange

Non- American- Estelle

Re-invention- Estelle. Such a surprise. I'd almost forgot about her and could barely recall her 2004 stuff but this was great and completely unexpected.

Outta My Head was released in 2007 as thats how long i have had it on my pc.....

Outta My head leaked in the very last week of 2007 if i remember correctly. It was realesead everywhere in 2008.
