That would be cheating. :heehee: I still don't think it's the type of song that would go with her voice. Same with the Peaches-lookalike. She'll struggle to find Michael Jackson/Jackson 5 song that will suit her voice. Oh and a pray that Simon doesn't get Scott to sing 'Blame It On The Boogie', after last night I could see him making the same mistake again. :/

Well yes it would be cheating a bit, but it's possible that it could happen, though I expect JLS will get "I'll Be There" for some reason. As for Diana, I think she could do "You Are Not Alone" quite well. :thinking: I'm not sure about Scott (maybe "In The Closet" :heehee:), but Simon will surely go for something safe. I think it's mostly wishful thinking on TIP's behalf because I haven't heard anything about it being used on CIN either, just that it's going to be featured on an episode of 'Beautiful People', I doubt a CIN single would be something created for another show first, aren't they usually exclusively made for CIN?

As for it being a CIN single, the speculation came from Heatworld.com, as you rightly say it has yet to be confirmed who or what is going to be the CIN song, although initially it was rumoured to be The Saturdays until their overhyped debut single that was expected to be a big Top 3 hit relatively flopped.

 

But this time last year Heat magazine speculated that The Spice Girls were going to do the CIN song, and well they were right last year so.....

 

Personally, I think it is most likely to be SCDs Rachel Stevens doing some cover of an old classic song.

I'd love you to be right tbh. The Abba cover is wonderful, or if it was Rachel that'd be even better - she is needed on the pop music scene! But Rachel said she's just not interested in doing music and I think that's likely true, alas.

 

Laura was the best i thought last night just amazing and Scott was the worst for me.

 

I also thought the right Girl group left apart from that blonde girl in bad lashes who did the high note the rest were awful :puke2:.

 

Girl band are much better, i don't understand why their is so much negative comments on them and not Bad lashes :blink:

They could do 'Say Say Say', but I think it's very likely that they'll get some Jackson 5 track and that one seems the best one for them. You're probably right about "You Are Not Alone" being kept for Eoghan, it's best for one of the two with soft voices and I'm sure Simon will get first picks with the songs and take it.

But the album release was around the same time as Children In Need, it was rumoured for months that they would be releasing a single from it only if it was for Children In Need or some charity.

 

Sorry if I'm looking in the wrong places, but where does it speculate on heatworld.com that they are releasing it for Children In Need? I just had a look and it only mentions The Beautiful People series that it will be used on. :unsure: I would like it to be used as a single but I've only heard these rumours from you so far.

Leon Jackson's perfomance was absolute :puke2: as he looked like he was going to $h!t himself all the way through. His voice was nothing to write home about either. I pressed the mute button after about a minute.

Because Girlband were actually better with their first performance and that's what the public were Voting on. Had they been given to vote after the 2nd performance then I really do think we'd be seeing a different story -_-

I was saying to myself last night that Rachel would sound good doing "Earth Song". She can do the soft vocals at the start and then scream the chorus.

 

Anyway, I'm supporting Cheryl's ladies. All three gave great performances last night. Even that Diana lady surprised me.

I thought the "Wonderwall" performance was awful.

 

They sounded way out of tune. Maybe it was down to nerves. I don't know. Either way, it was pretty bad.

Going by BJ, I fear Diana is becoming rapidly overrated. :( She's lovely and charming and everything but her voice doesn't stand up to that of Alexandra, Laura, Rachel or Ruth, and if she made the final 3 I think it'd be unfair on any of those more talented girls...

Ruth is average at best. She sounds a lot better singing in Spanish than she does English.

 

She has really nice breasts, though. I honestly couldn't take my eyes off them when Dermot was speaking to her.
