Select 12 Abandoned...Feeder Move In

 

The Juranabaijan BuzzJack Song Contest Comittee have announced that their national final for the 12th BuzzJack Song Contest has folded. They decided against using the previously unsuccessful method whereby Metro Station failed to qualify for BJSC11. Instead they have chosen to send Juranabaijan's biggest selling act - Feeder - who will be performing 'Sweet 16' off of their debut chart eligable EP. When asked to comment, Taka Hirose (Bassist) said "It is such a joy to be representing such an amazing nation in such an amazing contest. We hope to at least lift off bottom place but it's the participation that counts. Shake It is still doing well in the Juranamese charts as is Sweet 16 [which recieved recharged interest as a result of a Juranamese advert] and our last single Tracing Lines. We have chosen to perform Sweet 16 as we feel it is possibly our best material and think that everyone deserves the joy of listening to it. If you think about it, Juranabaijan could have sent Same Difference *sniggers*".

 

Feeder will embark on a small tour around various countries in the BuzzJack world. Dates will be released later on.

Taking in 12 countries at a rate of one per day, the tour will start in Morpeth Cove's Sugatorium before heading onto FSR Rontvia for two dates. La Roux will be launching a promo tour when she gets her hands on a video for Quicksand - especially one which uses the full version of the gorgeous MySpace mix :o

Also...the Feeder song is called Tumble & Fall :P Probably their most yawntastic song imo :lol:

New Ashtonise Concert Venue

 

Work has finished on the refurbishment of the Morpeth Concert Hall in Morpeth Cove City Centre. The building which sits on Media Square in the heart of the capital is 250years old this year and has recently had a revamp to push capacity from 100,000 to a massive 639,000 by changing the interior layout to a stage with seating on three sides and adding a further four tiers levels of seating above the existing gallery. The refurb makes the MCH the largest concert venue in Buzzjack ahead of the Sugatorium at the Ashtonise International Concert Centre on the outskirts of Morpeth Cove. The new venue has been granted a BJSC licence to allow it to be used in Promotional Tours by foreign acts. The Venue will be opened by Red Blooded Women and the Sugababes on the 30th of November.

 

The stage is expected to be named 'Red Blooded Stage' after the group Red Blooded Women
