Vincent has been confirmed as FSR Rontvia's BJSCXII participant and will be singing 'Miss Blue'

The entry panel of FSR Rontvia's song choices are aware that sending a male artist to the BJSC is a huge risk but it is a risk that FSR Rontvia are willing to take to ensure that we don't get typecast for sending the same genre and gender every time. Vincent is a Swedish singer who according to MySpace fuses his reggae/hiphop background with 60's rock! I would describe 'Miss Blue' personally as 'Kid Rock meets Mika on Katy Perry's I Kissed A Girl bassline':

^^ is it me or does he look like Kid Rock :kink:

hmm... the song is catchy, need to listen to it more, early days yet.

Cool chick, nice cleavage :kink:

I think you should stick to Swedish chicks :heehee:

:cheer:

but I want to play it safe :P

Brunoboi, you really should have called it the M&S tour. Marks and Spencers could sponsor it.

but S&M is far more kinkified :P

:cheer: FNTNickodonia is celebrating actually getting nominations for the Best of Contest (I was expecting Avril would finish 27th in BJSC7 :P). Our target now is to get one song into BoBJSCII after 20 contests :o And the search goes on for our next entry, but the Wondergirls are looking more and more likely every day with some of Duffy's B-Sides looking like outside bets to represent the FNT next time!

Dalisska Daily

An update on Dalisska's next entry:

Today it was announced that Paula Abdul, Kerli and Wynter Gordon are still possible representatives however there is one other mystery representative that has been kept away from the world. If certain conditions are met this singer may have the best chance of becoming Dalisska's representative however if they are not met this singer will have no chance of representing Dalisska.

(Don't want to reveal the mystery representative yet because it's very possible the singer will be impossible to enter anyway)

........btw there's a second mystery representative too

Edit: Actually if I'm honest I have about 10 mystery Representatives, I really can't choose :P

Is anyone going to nominate Margaret Berger "Will You Remember Me Tomorrow" in the BuzzJack Record Of The Year 2008 before the nominations list of 100 close?

I think it would be quite good to publicise a popular song in BJSC land on the rest of Buzzjack. :kink:

oo ^_^

unfortunately the song was from 2006 so it's not eligitigable :(

I really loved the song so I nominated it, my nominations weren't like most people's who were going for extremly popular songs.

I nominated Kerli as well with her song Walking on air. I love the song. ^_^

Ojnoj Update:

Today was the day that most BJSC Fanatic Ojnojians have been waiting for. As the Taftsville stadium was filling up for a Sold Out show coming from Kingdom of Shadow's most successful & least successful (respectively) entries yet. Sophie Ellis-Bextor & Ojnoj favourite Margaret Berger, were getting ready backstage as they were about to put on a what was later going to be a fantastic live event for the Ojnojians. 600,000 people turned up and filled the Arena. First of all Margaret came out to an over whelming standing ovation and as she stopped to take a breather before performing her first song of the night 'Stop' she greeted and thanked the fans for the support they had been giving to her. She then switched with Sophie as Sophie performed her non-qualifier in BJSC VII (where Gavin also failed to qualify) 'Heartbreak Make Me A Dancer'. She recieved a very warm reception from the sold-out arena. Margaret then came out to perform her MASSIVE BJSC entry 'Will you remember me tomorrow', which has become platinum in the official Ojnoj charts, selling well over 800,000 copies. Thanks to the "Best Of" series she has been climbing the charts again as she sits happily at 35, we are expecting a massive climb after tonight for Margaret next week.

I've been considering sending that for quite a while now, but it didn't get much of a response when I asked people :o Would make a fab entry anyway
