Probably because it's really not that good? :kink: I wasn't in that contest and after a few people saying it was amazing/brilliant or whatever I couldn't wait to hear it when I was nominating for my Best of Nomo's and I was very under-whelmed :nocheer: I didn't get the fuss at all! :nocheer:

Although Rontvia's Smack Me on the other hand  I didn't nominate it, but all I will say is that it has grown on me

:nocheer:

It's amazing, tho not as good as my current entry, You Made Your Bed.

S&M Tour ends in Ashton

Margaret Berger and Sophie Ellis-Bextor's groundbreaking world tour came to an end last night as they performed in Ashton, Best of BJSC hosts, for their final show. The tour has taken them to over ten different nations, performing nearly forty songs between them in front of millions of people but what better place to end than in the great City of Morpeth Cove in the Republic of Ashton - a vast nation which, despite conflict in the past, has remained one of the great Kingdom's greatest musical allies with Shadowans awarding Ashton points in almost every contest in which they have taken part including twice for Gabriella Cilmi! The admiration for Ashton felt by the Kingdom of Shadow was shown at the very start of the evenings concert as Margaret Berger dedicated her first song 'Have you Never Ever (Felt A Love Like This Before)?' to the Ashtonise peoples that had gathered around the stage in Morpeth Cove. Sophie Ellis-Bextor was next up on stage with her hit single 'Catch You', both Sophie and Margaret went down to a local Ashtonise Go-Kart circuit earlier in the day to show another huge similarity between Ashton and the Kingdom of Shadow - Both are huge fans of motorsport. Margaret's second performance was the hugely successful 'Samantha'. Sophie's next song is her entry into the very first 'Rejects' contest and will be competing against Ashton's very own entry from the Sugababes. The Sugababes are obviously hugely celebreated in the Republic which is one of the reasons for the controversial move by the Great Kingdom to enter Mutya Buena into BJSC VIII, despite this Ashton still awarded their heroin 8 points in the contest and as a sign of thanks for this gesture, Mutya Buena was invited to perform 'Strung Out'. Margaret berger's final song of the tour remains the Kingdom's only top ten finish in the contest - 'Will You Remember Me Tomorrow?'. The final performance of the tour however was left to Sophie Ellis-Bextor who refelected the entire crews thoughts with 'Take Me Home'. Our thanks to all the nations which have played hosts to this amazing tour and we wish you all the best in this weekends two contests!

those who wish to vote in this national final must PM me with the entrants ranked in order of preference. I advise you listen to the songs before you vote however.

Thanks for people visiting the FNT :P I'll post some promo dates later, as tours seem to work for most and I don't want to fall at the semis for a fifth time in a row :(

Please somebody give me an opinion on this song, I'm desperate :P

Nick, a very good song id say, id say it has a good chance of reaching the finals but not really finishing that high up the leaderbord,
Ooh Good :P Final is my target, anything above last place in the final would be bonus...

Herzebania Looks Ahead

HbTV are celebrating tonight after Gigi D'Alessio's very respectable 4th place in the Best of BJSC Rejects competition, and the country's successful hosting of the event. Bosses are now looking forward to plans for the new year when they hope the country can show off what it can do by hosting a full event.

"It was great fun to host, so we are really looking hard at our battle plan for next year," an HbTV insider said. "We have some great acts lined up, and now that we've got our foot in the door of the competition we really want to make our mark. We think 2009 will see Herzebania becoming a force to be reckoned with in the Buzzjack Song Contest."

Several artists are reportedly in talks to represent the country in contests next year, with new selection formats being looked at to increase chances of success.

Meanwhile, a low-key campaign is planned for Herzebania's entry for BJSC XII; No promotional tour has been planned, and an internal selection has been taking place to choose the song. The country's 7th entry to the Buzzjack Song Contest will be unveiled on Monday 1st December on the hit show "Loose Lingerie."

Ojnoj Update:

**BREAKING NEWS**

Ojnoj representative Gavin Mikhail has just given lucky Botanikkians a very intimate and secret Question and Answer gig which included a performance of his entry "Brave". Exclusive to only 30 people, the show was a success. Gavin said there would be no limits on the questions that were asked as he said "What's the point in limiting the questions? It's not going to be fun if you limit the questions is it?" After the show, Gavin gave the 30 people who attended a signed copy of his Album "Like Normal People Do".

WOW! :o SERIOUS CONTENDER!

The show was a real success and broke the records of ratings.

The Gavin Mikhal perfomance in Botanikka TV edged ahead of Searching For Idol in the ratings last night, according to early figures. Even though the SFI was the result night, looks like population turned on the Gavin perfomance with 66 % to its rival 28 %...yeah strange, and alot of people claims that they missed the results and they don't know yet who got kicket out from last night SFI show...and the good news is that we have a calls every minute to reprise the last night show or at least Gavin perfomance, which according to Btv they gonna show perfomance of Gavin every 2 hours for a whole week...and the end we hope that Darin perfomance in Ojnoj gonna be succesfull as Gavins.
