So Gabriella is missing from this update as well

What the f*** has Island done now, i swear to god they do their best to screw over all their artists.

Britney so close to Alesha and not too far from Katy either :o But like Simon said Alesha is still technically ahead...

It's probably iTunes fault. Every now and then they seem to delete one from the Chart! (They did it on the US iTunes about a week into Britney's release. I think it's an iTunes error and not the record company... Because the popularity on that from the album is full...

i know, its strange.

I really wouldn't put it past Island to ask iTunes to take the song out of the chart.

God forbid one of their acts do well

This comment equals BULL$h!t....as we can now seel

Nah i think she still has a good chance of re-entering the Top 5 with the X Factor performance.

I'm used quite cynical about things but i firmly believe she'll get back in there. She's not that far off the Top 5 anyway.

She will be No.2 after Xfactor before Leona steams past her!

But, my comment, was referring to the fact you said she wass pulling away, when she clearly isnt yet!

Why are you lot so bothered about Womanizer???

It's the album we should be focusing on!

:D

I don't even think she is performing Womanizer, I think she's performing Circus, although there are rumours she will perform both :)

I am so with ya!

But we know Take That are gonna beat her anyway. Theres no question about it. I'm 80% sure, she will be at 2 though.

I'm hoping Womanizer does well though. I want the sales higher than Piece Of Me.

I honestly think it will be closer than you think...

I think TT will most likely beat her but it will be close!

Think Britney is already #2 on Pre-orders and she is currently ahead of TT in pre-orders on Itunes & HMV over the last couple of days.

Plus Her X-factor performance will still be in everyone's minds where-as the TT hype will be fading..

I have a feeling it will be closer than people think..Although I'm usually wrong! :)

No way will the Britney vs Take That battle be close! To think that is very strange.

Take That are probably the biggest band around at the moment. Have just announced a huge stadium tour, and have their own show on Satuday night on ITV1! I think they should clear there or thereabouts 200k in their first week. There's no Britney will do that, even with an X Factor performace. Her single will probably have a big impact, but no way it push the album to be anywhere near Take That's album. They'll outsell her 3:1 at least imo.

What Josh said. ^ She isn't as big in the UK as people make her out to be. Her album sales are very little over here.

I've seen from two sources this morning that the total pre-orders for Take That's album is something like 30% ahead of the nearest rival and is the biggest pre-ordered album - beating Coldplay who's pre-orders for VLV were impressive. I don't think though, in the long run, that Take That's album will be anywhere near the total sales as they were for Beautiful World. But if they do start to dip mid-week ... they've also got their own one-hour special on ITV, Sunday 7th December to kick up some more sales - as they'll be singing about half a dozen songs from the new album. Then the week after that they've got the RVP (I'm hoping they'll be doing a duet with Geraldine on that one though!)
