Her record company are stupid releasing a single after the flop that was 'Walk Away'. A fifth release isn't really needed either is it?

They are just milking the album for all its worth, a few record companies do that. I agree that its not needed. -_-

Top 40, Only one CD and nothing for people who have already got the album really.

well if its only one CD there must not be much faith in the record. its there just to squeeze the few last sales out off the album (probs before it goes mid-price?)

maybe year and years ago you could get 5 singles off an album but these days your lucky to get 2 big hits. cause albums go to mid-price so quick pointless paying £3.99 for a single.

I think it has the potential to hit the top20, considering its current situation (5th single etc)

However, I think the reason that it has been released is for 3 reasons:

1. Breakaway was the first single released from Breakaway annd it was a huge success, so I think the record company that it will generate some success here.

2. They want to end on a high note after Walk Away not doing that well... However if this does I think well be getting a 6th single in the form of Addicted (what she seems to be to releasing singles!) becuase that is getting a US and Canada release.

3. Kelly has said that she feels bad that the UK are not up to speed with Austrlai, Canada and most importantly the US because its one of her favourite markets, so wants to keep the UK up to date with the other countries (adding more fuel to the idea of releaqsing addicted)

There we go :D

I hope it gets top 20, to be honest it deserves top10 because its just as good as the big singles from the album, but it wont so I hope for top20

5 singles from an album is seriously taking the mick, and I don't think it does artists any favours. Kelly seems to have been around for eternity - it's about time she went away now. I do like her, but there is overkill!

Anyway, I put top 30 :D .

I think it will push the album back into the lower part of the top ten for a week or two, and i think thats what they are trying to acheive! I say it will peak at 18.

It just wouldn't be the same if 'Breakaway' wasn't released as a single, it's already a classic Kelly song already.

Agreed, though if she releases addicted there will be overkill MAJOR. i think if she must release addicted she should release it AA with breakaway.

I like the way she sings it, but the melody is very similar to 'Yellow River' by Christie(The group Christie that is, not Tony!). (1970 song)

Im positive this will peak at around #18ish.

I think its her worst release so far -_- it sounds very country to me , top 30 i think.

I heard her next album is out this autumn,so by the time this single leaves the airplay charts her new album and single will be starting :o
