Well out of 19 (without Adele) qualifiers i gave points to 15: 9 from semifinal 2 and only 6 from Semifinal 1 :o :o :o

As I expected, out of the 20 qualifiers, only 5 from the first five contests, and 15 from the last five.

Part of that could be to do with the entries that got through weren't as good or just cheap. There are exceptions of course, I really liked Kate Voegele, Carrie Underwood, Pipettes, Veronicas etc.

Well i only gave points to 16 of them. 5 in semi 1 and 6 in semi 2.

I Don't Know Missed out by a massive 11 points rich.

Pipettes not making it is a joke to be honest...only Wynter Gordon and Sara Bareilles representing BJSCIV then...the stats don't lie when they say Love Song is percentage wise, the biggest winner, it looks like barely any of the songs from that contest were liked at all :lol:

 

Love Song is not the biggest marginal winner because it is the best song ever sent to this contest, more so because all of the other songs were universally despised it would seem :rofl:

Except that's not true, the Pipettes, Stefy and Serebro are still in the 'top 10'. I'm telling you, something is wrong with that statistic. I just can't figure it out! It's got to be something to do with needing to give 10 songs points and there were only 19 songs that weren't your own in that contest so songs were more likely to receive points.

It just got more of the points available than any other song I think...yes there were less songs to choose from, so the small size of the final was a big contributing factor
