Sales for Alesha's album currently stand at just about 60,000. Really not bad! :D

Considering a lot of people (myself included) thought she was just throwaway pop "fun", I'm surprised this is on her album. Pleasantly surprised, actually. It's very 2008 with the R&B/Pop mixture. If she wants album sales and longevity, this is the route she should take with future records. I can't see this being a SMASH, but I *hope* it's bigger than "The Boy Does Nothing" as it's clearly better.

 

I'm not sure about this yet will have to think more :P

:cheer: Good to it already there, my expectations arent too high for this song but judging from the time of realese id be very happy with a top 15 finish.

Have seen the video played quite a bit on 'Th Box' so hopefully that will help in getting the song extra exposure :) Decent sales for the album so far - If this song is a hit then the album should respond and start climbing again :)

Album has gone gold, hurrah! Wasn't overly keen on this for 2nd single choice but it's really grown on me, love it now!

I don't want to see alesha get dropped, so im hoping that thi single does well and that her album manages to sell alot this week, being christmas week and all! Hopefully it'll be over 100k by the end of they year, it needs to reach at least 300k to prevent droppage but i dont think the new single is good enough =[ Gary barlow has said he'd like to work with her.. if they can do a single ASAP and release it as her 4th single and then re-package her album with a decent cover, then she might have a chance!

I don't think it needs to do 300k? I'd say 200k after three singles...

 

There'll be plenty of money made from the singles (TBDN closing in on 200k), touring, and the album's Euro and Japanese releases by this time next year.

The Boy Does Nothing has sold 184,407 so far. :D It'll get to 200k! Yayy.
