Isn't this worst charting CiN single since the first two? Also I seem to remember a school choir doing a single for them in 1996 which made #41 - but was that official?

Alesha's album was never going to be huge - selling on the back of a (albeit half-decent but) throwaway pop tune.

 

It Katy Perry syndrome all over again - decent song but can't convert that into album sales, as she's not seen as a credible artist by the GBP.

I can't believe Madonna is only Top 40. I wasn't expecting it to be a huge hit but I thought it would go Top 20 at least.
