This was a Sugababes classic, how COULD the label be so DUMB to sell the song to Disney ... they knew it would be popular so they could send the babes to america to promote this song.

its f***ing vile.

It's a bit cheap and a bit tacky but nothing hurrendous... she's just a bit plain. That will always be Sugababes' song, but Island will make more money out of selling the rights to Disney/Miranda than going to the extreme expense of taking the 'Babes to America for months to try and launch them/that song. It's a surefire hit under her name.

She's a Nickolodeon TV show star or something. Unlike Miley though she can't sing without extensive autotune.

and i don't like the song anyway, but she doesn't as bad as some people are making her out to be.

Meh, it's not the worst thing i've heard i guess but if the Babes want to crack the US they wont be using About You Now then, shame.

This is a great way to get the babes into the USA, if this does well in America people will won't to hear the original and thus it will be sold over there.

To point out, Island have sold it to a second-rate Disney: Nickeloden.

What made AYN so iconic is not the lyrics but the high harmony in the chorus and the distinct melody. If you just read the lyrics it wouldn't exactly jump out at you. It's not Virgin Sexy or Every Heart Broken in that department!

It's no EHB/NYG/TLIY/VS but it'll do fine for a anthematic up-tempo

this is #34 on the American itunes chart now, this just shows if the Sugababes were to release AYN in America they would easily do well, cause if this girl can get it to top 40 then the babes could get it top 10 definitely.

^ But Miranda already has a US profile - the ladies don't. She's popular with the little kids on those Nickelodeon programmes she does.
