Nay. They meet on a Wednesday to decide the playlist for the following week; this isn't published until a week after they have decided. So the list published on a Wednesday has in fact been in operation two days before web publication date.

I was pretty sure I read on the Radio 1 site they meet on a tueday and those additions get published on the wednesday :huh:

Nope. As you can see on their last.fm for any proof. The additions made on to the playlist this week are being played today and through the week already. They just stagger putting it out for some bizarre reason.
