15 | The Kooks – Always Where I Need To Be

Chart Run >> 12-13-05-03-10-12-10-09-12-18-30-X-34

A great comeback from The Kooks, something not seen from indie bands nowadays, very reminissent of their first album godliness.

14 | M.I.A – Paper Planes

13 | Christina Aguilera – Keeps Gettin’ Better

Chart Run >> 31-15-02-02-12-09-17-27-16-03-07-20-31

Lead single of Xtina's 'Keeps Gettin Better' always reminds me of Sugababes 'Good To Be Gone' for some reason :( Amazing song, shame about the flop :P

12 | Kings Of Leon – Sex On Fire

Chart Run >> 40-X-35-20-01-01-03-04-08-09-17-27-38

This is the song that got me into Kings Of Leon MAJORLY. INCREDIBLE lead single, and a great way to get into the mainstream public eye and become the massive successes they have.

11 | Rihanna – Disturbia

Chart Run >> 06-05-03-08-21-28-X-22-12-17-12-16-14-19-26-37

After the slightly dissapointing 'Take A Bow', 'Disturbia' came around, and how amazing it was ;o

Disturbia is defiantly in my top 3 Rihanna songs and i agree abot Xtina, great song just a shame about the flop and the slight GaGa rip-off. Sex On Fire & Paper Planes were good aswell but The Kooks :puke2:

The TOP TEN IS HERE OMGZ

10 | We Are Scientists – After Hours

Chart Run >> 30-04-08-04-01-03-08-18-20-24-25-21-24-34

The amazing american kings of indie, We Are Scientists, launched their second album with this MASTERPIECE of a song. Brillaintness

09 | Mariah Carey - Touch My Body

Chart Run >> 25-15-08-08-07-05-12-02-03-06-15-26-40

So, i was never big on Mumu, infact im ashamed to admit when i saw her at Live 8 i booed -_- And when i first heard this single i just thought BLAH. Rubbishness. But it's such a grower, fantastic lyrics, brilliant track, and ever since this i've been a mariah semi-TEOM and beyond loon :kink:

08 | Leona Lewis – Forgive Me

Chart Run >> 08-01-01-02-02-05-03-04-05-11-17-32-

So most people seem to think Leona seems uncomfortable doing this, and whilst i sort of agree, i cant agree it's one of her worst records. No, quite the contrary, it's her second best single only to Bleeding Love. Amazing, fast pop song. Good to see our LeLe do summat different.

07 | The Killers – Human

Chart Run >> 21-03-05-03-02-02-02-01-05-14-

Having always been a Killers fan, i was expecting great things from Human. And i GOT IT. Taking on from a line of pop tinted indie this year, Human is an outstanding track worth of leading any incredible album.

06 | Sugababes – Girls

05 | Sugababes – Denial

Chart Run >> 06-03-07-09-10-12-18-23-16-11-20-21-27-30-28-08-20-30-35-38-36

So here my babes are again with 'Denial', this brilliant pop track from Change. Was always my 2nd favourite on the album after About You Now, and i always knew it'd become a Sugas classic <3 Oh, and the video just adds to it's perfection. :kink:

04 | Lady GaGa – Just Dance

Chart Run >> 09-05-08-28-28-16-05-07-07-10-12-23-37-X-28-29-31-

So onto the scene stormed Lady GaGa, the pop sensation who will undoubtedly take the UK by storm in January :kink: This amazing track just does not get old

Top 3 predictions anyone? :kink:

Edited by James.

Top 3 prediction:

Nine Inch Nails - Discipline

Slipknot - All Hope Is Gone

Metallica - Cyanide

So What, Age of the Understatement, and Paris for President? :kink:

.::LSP surely there, your so predictable :kink:

Girls is amazingg  Forgive Me for the worst Leona's single EVER :(

Edited by .::Pavel

My top 3 then :o

03 | Noah and the Whale – 5 Years Time

Chart Run >> 15-03-02-03-01-04-08-06-06-08-06-10-16-24-37

This summery track from Noah and the Whale props up my top 3, full of songs i never have and never will get bored of. The band themselves, fairly mediocre, but this song? Incredible.

02 | Last Shadow Puppets – Age Of The Understatement

Chart Run >> 25-01-01-01-01-01-02-04-05-15-24-34-31

So Alex Turner and Miles Kane came out with this side project named 'The Last Shadow Puppets', with this lead single being absolute perfection. I'd be willing it's Alex's best piece of work, bar When The Sun Goes Down and Fluorescent Adolescent.

01 | P!nk – So What

Chart Run >> 05-03-03-02-01-02-04-08-08-06-11-24-34-35

So my #1 of the year is from a lady who last graced us with the amazing album 'I'm Not Dead' and is back with a smash with #1 hit 'So What' and hit album 'Funhouse'. 'So What' is a simple masterpiece. End of :kink:

Love All your Top 5 then :P

'So What' is anthemic and will be considered a "Classic" in a few years time! The other two I think will be "Forgotten Classics"

I don't think I've ever seen such an anti-climax... and I've met [/i]Jark[/i]!
eww at number 1, fabtastic 2 & 3 :cheer:
