Further to the removal of the Specialst forum, the Indie, Rock and Alternative forum is now Indie, Alternative and Specialist Forum, and the previously subbed Punk Rock and Metal Forum is now a main forum for Rock, Punk and Metal.

 

If you are unsure where to place a topic (although this should resolve most of the issues), PM one of the relevent Mods.

I'm still really unsure about this.... I really, REALLY dont know if you can just lump together the likes of Coldplay, Massive Attack, Bjork, Kate Bush, Katie Melua, Depeche Mode, Goldfrapp, Kaiser Chiefs, Franz Ferdinand, Morrissey, Stereophonics, Oasis, The Mars Volta, Sonic Youth, Fall Out Boy, James Blunt and Nick Cave into one rather amorphous Forum like that......

 

I mean, would one post about Lady Ga Ga, Madonna (Pop) and The Prodigy (Dance) in the same Forum......?

 

Well, I mean why not....? If one merges Alternative and Specialist together, why not Pop and Dance.....? You certainly get plenty of crossover with Dance and Pop these days......
