December 30, 200817 yr why would it be such a shock at Sound of GA being No.3? it's £3 in HMV...if I didn't have it already, I would have definitely bought it... the 45-3 jump is hard to believe in itself plus there have been other albums with similar price reductions that dont achieve such a jump that said i dunt have the album cuz i live in the US

To be honest I'd be shocked if it was not in the Top 10 albums. Put it this way I know in my local HMV it is selling like hot cakes as it is prominantly advertised at the front of the store and alongside their current album.

December 30, 200817 yr I would not be suprised if Girls Aloud 'Greatest Hits' is Top 10 its £3 or less in most shops or online stores also when the Take That 'Ultimate Collection' got reduced in the sales to £4 it jumped from #88 to #9 :)
December 30, 200817 yr Saturdays are top 30 with Issues :w00t: Fantastic news!! Should easily jump into the Top 5 when the physical and download package are released next week!

Should easily jump into the Top 5 when the physical and download package are released next week! songs don't usually jumps from the top 30 to the top 5 after a physical release these days...I see a No.14/15 peak maximum for Issues, although I'd be very pleased to see it go higher, as I like it a lot
December 30, 200817 yr I fricking despise 'Issues', worst song on the album for me. I only want it to do well to help boost sales of the album.

December 30, 200817 yr so happy for the Sugas- hopefully it is true and that it can continue rising (is rising well on ITunes)
December 30, 200817 yr Sorry, i know this gets asked all the time but i never know the right answer. Is GA greatest hits is only £3, will it still count in the chart? I thought it had to be atleast a fiver or something?

I thought it had to be atleast a fiver or something? Of course it does, as long as it costs 1p +. Which is exactly how much I've seen Alexander Burke's single for in some Woolies stores on the day of closure :D
December 31, 200817 yr I wonder if Woolworths will affect anything? I've not been paying much attention to the charts recently, lol. But in my local Woolworths, they're selling the Girls Aloud vs. Sugababes comic relief singles for 5p, pmsl. The only other singles I saw were McFly's Star Girl, but they were going for £1.50. Oh yeah, and of course the horrid X Factor single took over a whole shelf, all half price.
