Posted January 24, 200916 yr Another week and another chart with LOADS of new entries this week and not too many of them from the BJSC which may surprise some people. Despite the brilliant quality of this months contest I think it may take a little time before i can really appreciate the entries as happened with La Roux. This weeks focus is once again on the IMMENSE Good Natured, who I can confirm will be my entry into the BJSC XIV ^_^ , the new entry at No. 1 is a little track I somehow managed to miss on her myspace (www.myspace.com/thegoodnatured). 'How Can I believe In You' is yet another brilliant track from this electro-pop inspired 6th former which reminded exactly why I loved her EP SO much. K, at number two again thsi week we have Little Boots and the immense 'Every Little Earthquake', the highest charting BJSC entry this week but I must stress this chart does not reflect my votes in any way shape or form ;) , she is also a new entry at 20 this week with the quite phenominal 'Love Kills' which i dare say will be leaping up the chart over the next few weeks! Last weeks featured song is up three to number three this week, Temper Trap have had more plays this week than ever before. LIGHTS drops to four this week, *shock horror* I may have overplayed the amazing Lights last week so I'm now appreciating other music - could this be the end of her chart dominance? Ida Maria - Oh My God (15-10-08-13-17) hmm...I like her voice (The Good Natured) but the song didn't grab me in any way...(the one at No.1)...might need a few more listens For sure, she isn't going to win the BJSC (and possibly may fail to qauly) as she doesn't necessarily grab your attention straight away but the song is definately a grower and once you're hooked you really can't get enough - the six songs she's put online just aren't enough so much so that all six are in my top 25 most played tracks on iTunes despite the fact I only found her a couple of months ago :o

I've posted a quick preview of her EP in my national thread if you have a spare couple of minutes, TGN certainly has some more attention grabbing songs but How Can I Believe In You is the one which i love most I think.
