January 25, 200917 yr 'Greatest Day' has sold relativley poorly compared to 'Patience' and 'Rule The World' and I think the latter would have been a much more deserved number one, but in all fairness 'Bleeding Love' was the better track that week. I suppose 'The Circus' has sold more than enough to compensate for the single selling less. I don't think 'Greatest Day' should ever have made #1.
January 25, 200917 yr I wonder if 50 will ever get a UK number one single? Funny, I remembered In Da Club being number one... Love how the lyrics of this new one mention being "number one on the Billboard"... and it's peaked at 44 :heehee:

January 25, 200917 yr 50 Cent's song definitely has had 5 weeks too many in the top 40, truly disgusting.
January 25, 200917 yr If Lily is top 40 (which I imagine she must be) then Bon Iver isn;'t!  I'd have thought the 3 new entries were possibly Franz Ferdinand, Bon Iver and Shontelle?

January 25, 200917 yr 37 Bon Iver - Blood Bank [P] http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/JAG134CD.JPG Chart Run: 37 [1 wk] Release date: 19-1-2009 Format: CD Number of Discs: 1 Catalogue Number: JAG134CD Label: JAGJAGUWAR Since becoming a landmark indie success story in 2008, Justin Vernon (better known as Bon Iver) continues his ascent to greatness with this EP release, 'Blood Bank'. While his most notable success, the 'For Emma, Forever Ago' album, is a frosty and remote acoustic affair, this recording is significantly more upbeat and is the first Bon Iver release to feature a full backing band. It marks something of a growth for Vernon, as he makes Bon Iver into something more than the 'one man in a room' aesthetic of his debut. - HMV Listen here: 774mOmdKtZM track listing 1. Blood Bank 2. January 25, 200917 yr Rihanna - Snoozehab :( She can do way better than this, imo - and what is Justins contribution?! Yeah, her worst since Take A Bow (I know I'm in the minority, but that was very boring...)
January 25, 200917 yr I don't know where did this song come from? There are hardly any promotion, etc. Edited January 25, 200917 yr by funmaker11
