Just because you have an irrational fear of Taylor doesn't mean you can go around slagging it off because she is a very popular artist at the moment.

 

 

And as for The Saturdays, who do you think they are based on? Coldplay? They are GA 2.0. Chasing Lights is filled with good quality pop tunes. Nothing more, nothing less. Like the first couple of GA albums.

 

What annoys me the most is people over analysis of a song which was record with the specific aim of making money for a very very good cause. There is nothing majorly serious about the song. It won't appear on an album, it's sole reason for existing to for charity. It's not the original which is excellent, but it is a great fun record. Given the obvious talent on the Babes side and that they had Dallas Austin producing surely they could have covered a far better song than WTW it wasn't either band's finest moment, i still quite liked it. (It was rather excellent on the GH tour sans GA)

 

I love the video, it's very very good.

There is no over hyping of Taylor, she has been successful around the globe. She done well in her native America and in Australia. No artist does well world wide without some appeal, Taylor's is her voice. She is a very competent singer who can hold a note well both in the studio and live.

 

Yes, the Saturday's failed, because they are better than the band they were formed to be clones of. Chasing Lights and Catfights and Spotlights both $h!t all over OOC, which is the worst album i have listened to. Ever. I didn't think it was going to end, the songs go nowhere and are dull renditions of Call The Shots. Bring back the band who brought SKO and Biology into the world plsthx

The Saturdays can sing much better live than Girls Aloud, as proven by all their performances of Issues on various TV shows compared to GA's Promise and Loving Kind performances.

Nadine is close, but live she's very hit and miss. Cheryl is the worst vocalist of any UK girl group. Kimberley is always off-key, Nicola's voice is lovely if paper-thin. Only Sarah and Nadine can really sing, and if you think GA are a vocal group you're sadly mistaken - that'd be the Sugababes. Plus 'Aloud' is in your name. i'm not a GA loon, UGHH. I have such a wide taste in music, basically anything from Slipknot to Sarah Brightman, so please, I'd know what I'm talking about when criticizing The Sats. And while half the forum may bizzarely love them but the other half hates them and with very good reason. So anyone who hates the sats or sugas is automatically a ga loon? That makes no sense.
