Posted February 5, 200917 yr lq2EuHIt2p0 Release Date: March 9th After the success of "Cry For You" which peaked at number 5, September has a new song called "Can't Get Over". It was already released in Sweden and Finland two years ago, reaching top 10 in both countries. It was also released in the Netherlands early last year. The video is for the UK release. So, where will the song chart? Edited February 5, 200917 yr by buzz_person
February 5, 200917 yr Difficult to say - She left it WAY to long to follow up 'Cry for You' - I reckon 12 at this moment but will decide 100% when the promotion kicks in!
February 5, 200917 yr I said top 20 I like it though, hope it does well. September is cool. Edited February 5, 200917 yr by andyboiuk
February 5, 200917 yr Realistically top 10, but I hope top 5. It has been a long time since Cry For You...

So, where will the song chart? T10 hopefully - never get tired of seeing the sexy Petra Marklund! :naughty: I still can't figure out why 'Satellites' didn't get an official re-release after 'Cry For You' did so well - IMO that would have gone T10, too.
February 5, 200917 yr I still can't figure out why 'Satellites' didn't get an official re-release after 'Cry For You' did so well - IMO that would have gone T10, too. There might have been rights issues - Satelites was promoed on AATW the year before.
February 5, 200917 yr I'm going to say a second top 5, this is a brilliant song and her best I think. Loving it. EDIT: Although having said that, she does have some quite stiff competition at the time of it's release.
February 5, 200917 yr I went for Top 5. But I wish I didn't now! :( It's released with the Official Comic Relief Single, Kelly Clarkson, Take That, The Script & The Likes :( Top 20 maybe it's peak :( Unless it's a climber after release? Hmmm....
February 5, 200917 yr I think it'll be higher than Take That's new single, and I doubt The Script will be any sort of competition.
February 5, 200917 yr Top 20 or top 15 perhaps. It's a good song but Cry For You is much better plus i really want her to release Until I Die.
February 5, 200917 yr Like the song, but I'd say top 75, it doesn't have chart appeal! You what?
February 5, 200917 yr You what? I wouldn't worry, he was the one who said Kelly Clarkson's new single would be a flop and will be very wrong about that.
February 5, 200917 yr There might have been rights issues - Satelites was promoed on AATW the year before. I hope that *wasn't* it - I am so sick of rights issues - as long as people buy it legally, & the money gets to the right place, WTF does anything else matter?
February 5, 200917 yr I like this! I think I even prefer it to 'Cry For You' although that could be because CFY was SO overplayed on the music channels.
February 5, 200917 yr I said Top 10, I like the track, but sadly the follow up to a massive track never does well in the charts, especially in the dance music scene!
February 5, 200917 yr Quite a nice song :) I'd say somewhere between #8-#10. I expect she'll get her second top 10 with some good promotion etc :) EDIT: Actually for some reason I'm thinking it'll go in at #17 now :P That is, if the radios don't pick it up, still, I think it deserves a low top 10 peak :) Edited February 5, 200917 yr by nickthenoodle
