Posted February 12, 200916 yr Limp Bizkit have announced that they are reforming with the original band lineup for the first time in eight years. Fred Durst, Wes Borland, Sam Rivers, John Otto and DJ Lethal have joined forces once again to tour and record a new album. Guitarist Borland, who left the band in 2001 and returned briefly only to leave again in 2006, has apparently resolved differences with his bandmates. "We decided we were more disgusted and bored with the state of heavy popular music than we were with each other," Durst and Borland said in a joint statement. "Regardless of where our separate paths have taken us, we recognize there is a powerful and unique energy with this particular group of people we have not found anywhere else. This is why Limp Bizkit is back." Limp Bizkit will kick off a world tour in the spring, hitting the European festival circuit. They will also play their first-ever shows in Russia. Tour dates will soon be announced on the band's new website Limpbizkit.com. They also intend to begin recording a new album. @ them thinking people will care.

February 12, 200916 yr They had some great rock songs actually so i don't why you would say people won't care  No they didn't, i liked them when i was 11/12 but after that my music taste matured and i discovered truely great rock and metal bands. Like Josh i didn't even know they had split up, and do you know why? Because i don't care!!!

February 13, 200916 yr Okay, just who the hell is Limp Bizkit's audience gonna be now....? The 'nu metal' kids that I knew from back when they were famous are all totally embarrassed to admit they ever listened to them (after discovering good bands like Metallica, Slayer, etc...), today's youngsters wont give a sh!t about them because they have their own bands.... Limb Bizkit were a band so sh!t, even their guitarist quit because they were sh!t.....  it is, indeed, even worse than Blink 182 reforming
February 13, 200916 yr "Regardless of where our separate paths have taken us, we recognize there is a powerful and unique energy with this particular group of people we have not found anywhere else. This is why Limp Bizkit is back." I love this part.... Roughly translated this means.... "We couldn't any sell records doing anything else, and god forbid we actually went and got proper jobs.... This is why Limp Bizkit is back...."
February 15, 200916 yr Haha, I remember listening to these guys when I was around 12-13 (hit adolescence at the height of nu-metal, what more can I say), and guys were telling me to stop listening to them as they were p*ssy-rock. I was told to listen to proper bands instead, who at that time were considered to be Korn and Blink-182! So yeah, Limp Bizkit pretty much suck and always have sucked. Their only half decent songs were the MI2 theme and 'Boiler', although 'Rollin' is still hilarious craic!
