The Sun claims that the hip-hop stars are keen to join forces with Burke after hearing about her new US record deal. Yesterday, it was revealed that the X Factor winner had signed up with the Epic label in a deal worth £3 million. Confirming the news on her online blog, Burke explained: "Oh my God!!! I cannot believe I have been given a deal in the US!!! It's just so exciting and I can't even explain how it feels. I'm just so happy, and of course so emotional!!! "Cracking America will be another one of my lifelong dreams that is coming true and I just can't wait to get in that studio!" The star's debut disc is expected to be released in the autumn. V. April 8, 200916 yr Alex just updated her Twitter saying something along the lines of "Just met Timbaland, he's such a cool guy!" however, shortly before she said something about Stargate having written and produced a great song for her. Maybe i'm clutching at straws but it's a strong possibility that they're connected. Plus a few days ago it said she was going to record her album in the US. ^_^
