The 1990s best sellers list is similar - most of the tracks are from the late 1990s, the earlier years didn't sell much at all. 1990-1993 in particular barely appear at all in the top 100!! The summer of 1994 is the turning point, after Wet Wet Wet there's suddenly loads (All 4 One, Whigfield, Pato Banton, East 17 etc) and from 1995 things just explode.

November 7, 200915 yr Wow no MCR and they were no.1 for a few weeks. I'm sure they would've sold enough to be top 350 :o MCR must be close! Had 2 weeks at #1 and didn't ever sell more than 40k in a week I don't think. Anyway by the end of 2007 they were on 225k.
November 8, 200915 yr Shut up and drive did less than 200k, so would be unlikely to be on the list, as for MCR, they could be on 250k, I just dont know, there will be a few songs lower down that I dont know about, but I'm hoping the higher end of the chart will be fairly close to the end of decade one :D
