I think they let me "have my way" while I host the contest this time and then they're gonna remove the ban on losing Eurovision NF artists afterwards which still doesn't please me at all but it seems like I'm the only one who doesn't like the idea...perhaps I'll have a silent protest on my own.

I think we've signed a treaty to try and remain at peace until the end of XV. :heehee:

If we don't do it democratically then we don't do it at all, I will do my best to ensure every single participator in this contest gets their say.

Ok can someone tell me what on earth is going on?

I'm not on for a few days on the whole contest gets turned upside down.

There was just a wee arguement about whether or not songs sent to Eurovision National Finals should be allowed. This issue is set to be resolved after XV but for now all NF entries are banned. Unfortunately Rich chose to step down as BJSC mod and host for XV for a number of reasons and Boyan also stepped down as mod so you're now stuck with Phil and myself as new mods and Aaron will now host XV. *extraordinarily simplified summary*

Oh right thanks.............

My speakers have just died! I was trying to watch a video but theres no sound! It was acting funny for a while but now they're finally gone. What's worse is I don't think I can get new ones before the contest starts!

Edit: Oh wait I have my wii and I can listen to the songs through that! It's more awkward then the computer but I'll get by.

Headphones could come in handy! You must have some headphones?

Yeah I do, but I didn't know you could plug headphones straight into the computer? I thought the speakers had to be working or they wouldn't work

Edited by Sabrewulf238

Well i believe you should be able to plug headphones stright into the back of the PC somewhere if you don't have a headphones port on the front

Yeah, you hopefully should have a headphones port on the front. If i was at my PC i would take a photo of mine, but it's closer to you than i am to it. :(

Failing that, you can use the port that you would use for the speakers on the rear of the pc.

Ok thanks :)

I was thinking about this whole argument thing and I think Lily Allens song really suits this situation

I wish we could all go back to the start, back to the time when I was debuting and people were going on about Rachel stevens in love with Dima and the Bhangra VS Simondly debate. They brought arguements but they were always silly arugements and there was never any hard feelings after them. We didn't take things too seriously and just had silly fun. Then there was the shock winner that was great, it really was the best contest I've been in. :)

Instead of thinking about big issues we should be just sitting back, enjoying music and talking about what Pixie was doing with the drummer right before she went on stage or something like that! :P

Ahaha, I remember that  I've tried to start a few rivalries but they never get response :( These aren't really proper arguments in my opinion anyway, more important debate over the nature of the contest...

We'll have to give it a kick start agian.

Afternoon Avec Amelle - Important Announcement

Due to personal commitments over the competition fortnight (Australian Grand Prix & Exploration of Sydney) Buzzjacks favourite promotional TV show will run just one BJSC eppisode this month.

At the start of March Afternoon Avec Amelle was made a permenant feature in the new AMC daytime line up, and as a result will now dedicate 3/4 eppisodes per month too BJSC with the exception of this month where there is only room in the schedule for one eppisode.

More information will be made available on Monday

In Juranabaijan we use the Juranamese Yen.

1790*JY = £1

£5.00p CD should cost 8950*JY, but due to inflation etc. will set you back 26952*JY (or £15.06p).

Juranabaijan is really feeling the Credit Crunch at the moment. It is also reported that the Juranamese Yen may be re-named the KFC Yen in the nearby future, if KFC's help is still needed in Juranabaijan.

It is also reported that Juranabaijan may have to pull out of the 15th edition of the BuzzJack Song Contest due to financial problems. Reportedly, Mayor Juranamo "doesn't have the time for fundraising due to other commitments schoolwork"

It is hoped the Juranabaijan can find the funds to participate in this coming week.
