Not really relevant...

But I've noticed some funny stuff from consecutive songs on the charts.

 

eg.

'Takin Back My Love' is followed by 'Single Ladies'.

'Up All Night', 'Just Dance' and 'Shake It' are all in a row.

and a slightly weaker one 'Love Story', 'Dead And Gone' (skip Sats), 'Halo'.

 

I guess it's just because songs all follow the same themes, sorta.

 

I can't wait for Poker Face to get #1 at last!

As long as it holds Halo at bay, I don't really care if it never makes it though

I have this strange hunch that K.I.G Family will be number one. :o

Did you not see my relevant question afterwards? It wasn't just a smiley post, so I don't consider that spammy whatsoever.

Personally I think the administrators could just make a new forum ... the fight forum. They could call it 'The Fight Club' or 'Fisticuffs Forum'. Then anyone who wants to have a war of words about anything they could go in there. Any posts that are 'spammy' or 'your band is better than my band' (ish) could be picked up by mods/admins and dropped into the new forum.

 

Or am I just spamming?

Enrique has been doing a lot of promo this past week so im not suprised his single is climbing. Hes on the national lottery now.

I wonder how much gabriella is being paid to follow him around everywhere to sing on a song that doesnt even feature her!

I quite like when artists duet with another artist who isn't featured on the studio song. It's a nice little spectacle. Plus she is totally showing him up by singing her parts live whilst he mimes :heehee:

Gabriella sounds really odd on it, her vocals don't really match with the track I don't think, Ciara sounds softer and more suited to it. She still does a decent enough job I suppose.

I prefer Gabby with Enrique :) I'd like to get a decent mp3 of their version.

I agree, without sounding nasty about Ciara, I think Gabriella's voice is too good for the track, it sounds better with someone quite generic singing it.

 

I just noticed the K.I.G. song charting is just a remix. Oh dear. :( I was hoping it was released this week and it's a relative flop. Must be a sure fire #1 next week then. :(

Never thought Metro Station would be quite so big, thought it'd have a similar success to All American Rejects' latest one.
